I used to hate car salesmen, and then I met Rick Mazolla. He acts like a salesman should, putting the customer first, which is why I have stuck with him for years. If he ever goes, I go. I even trust him enough to "pick out" my cars. He calls me, says he has the car for me, I sign the papers, done! I will NEVER go to anyone else while he's around.

My used vehicle purchase at Randy Wise Chevrolet was a most pleasureable experience due to the fact that I was immediately greeted by a friendly and professional sales associate which was part of a low pressure environment. The value of the agreed final sale price was very fair and reasonable and the transaction was smooth and efficient. As a courtesy and not being prompted, they even filled the tank in appreciation. I highly recommend this dealership for the purchase of a used (pre-owned) or new vehicle.

We were extremely satisfied with our experience with this dealership. We had looked at other local places in Midland, MI, but we had no luck and no one who really seemed to want to help us out. When we contacted Rick, he took the time to look at our information, run our credit through a lot of banks to try to get us approved. We were able to get the car we wanted, a price that was less than the car we were trading in. Now each one of my children have purchased from him also, Tim works with you to find the vehilcle you need and goes out of his way to make things fit to your needs, and enjoy the experience. I have done business with this dealership for years and the quality and professionalism of the service is always top-knotch. Rick is always willing to work within my budget and get me the best deal. He and the rest of the staff there are probably the friendliest that I have ever dealt with. I will continue to go to this dealership when I am in the market for new cars!
