I purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion there a year-and-a-half ago and have had excellent service ever since including members of the staff going out of their way to make sure things were done above and beyond what is expected. Extremely friendly and helpful staff all around but especially in the service department who I had the most contact with.

I did not purchase a vehicle this time, payments weren't acceptable for my budget, but Rhonda went to great lengths to try and accomodate my situation. Very friendly and hard working young lady but we just couldn't close the gap on price and payments.

Im a soldier over seas and Rhonda help me find a car i wanted. She sent me pictures of the vehicle and help me through ever step of the way. I would highly recommend her to anyone that goes through this dealership.

Great service! Eric T. was very kind, considerate and professional with us while looking for a vehicle. The staff was not pushy at all. Even though we ultimately decided not to buy a vehicle at all we still remember Milnes and the people there. Everyone at the dealership had smiles. We will definitely shop here again due to the great customer service!

Sarah Denton from Milnes Ford in Lapeer was absolutely fantastic! She's not forceful and will find the car that is best for you, instead of trying to make the sale. We worked with her for over five months before leasing a 2014 Ford Focus. I will always come back to Sarah. She's very friendly and even still calls to check up on me with my vehicle. I highly recommend everyone coming to see her.

Rhonda and Chad (Service Manager) were BEYOND wonderful in helping with my shopping experience for my first real car. I came in on Wednesday to test-drive a car that Chad had handpicked for me, and then came back on Friday to pick it up because I fell in love with it so much. They both did an awesome job at closing the deal, even though we ran into some complications Rhonda was determined I was going to leave with my car on Friday.:) She was very personable and made a genuine connection with me, for her it wasn't just about the sale. I had an awesome experience and would definitely recommend her to anyone! Thank you again Rhonda and Chad for picking my new car I LOVE IT!
