l bought a car from Milnes Ford and River was my salesperson. River was amazing from the start of the purchase process to the end. l was looking for a Jeep and located one on the Ford lot. After l test drove the Jeep prior to the business closing for day, l accidentally left my jacket in the car. l had put down a deposit on the vehicle & River had provided me with his contact information. After l left, and the dealership closed for the weekend, l realized my jacket was in the car and contacted River. River contacted another employee who was outside of the city to meet me at the dealership to get my jacket. This was only the beginning of the personalized, professional service River provided to assist me in purchasing my new Jeep. Thank you!

I had went to Milnes a couple days ago to ask to speak to a salesman about a used vehicle they had for sale, I walked in and stood for almost five minutes while listening to the woman at the front desk have an inappropriate conversation with someone I can only assume works there. I am honestly baffled with the amount of unprofessionalism I witnessed and maybe it is because I am older and I am not keeping up with what is socially acceptable but I was truly blown away. After standing there for five minutes and listening to the crude conversation I chose to leave and ended up purchasing at a different ford dealer. I almost feel bad judging the place off of my first impression but I was just blown away. There are certain subjects you don't speak about in a certain environments and especially not Infront of a possible buying customer.
