Routine Service

Many thanks to Bill Rapp GMC and the Service Dept. I have purchased three vehicles from Bill Rapp and bring my vehicles in for the routine maintenance to the GMC store. Making the appointment is a breeze and I always like being kept abreast of the time frame my vehicle will be done to when its completed. When picking up my vehicle, the staff is always friendly and courteous like I'm apart of their family. One of the things I do appreciate is that the staff explains the work performed even though it might have been just a simple oil change. My hats off to BILL RAPP GMC CREW!!

Complete Comfort and Control

Complete Comfort and Control! I am not talking about the car that I purchased. I am talking about my experience with Tom LaBrake and the entire staff that I met and dealt with at Bill Rapp Superstore. I was completely in control of the process and comfortable with the process as it progressed from the test drive through to the purchase. Having been through the car buying process probably 20 times over my lifetime, I cannot think of another experience where buying a previously enjoyed (another term for used) car was as relaxing and enjoyable. At no time in the process was I not given a direct answer that was honest and trustworthy. This applies to the entire time from the first contact I made through the web to set an appointment, to when I arrived at the showroom, to when I took delivery of the car. Simply, I asked a question and got a straight answer, which I found exceedingly rare at other dealerships I visited. Thank you Tom and the entire staff at Bill Rapp for the experience.

Great Dealer

Bill Rapp Subaru is the best dealer I have ever dealt with and that's a lot. Their sales and service depts. are excellent and that's why I have purchsed 10 cars from them. When I had a minor problem they would take care of it right away without a hassle, unlike a lot of other dealers who would write up paperwork and make you wait forever

BILL RAPP---SERVICE DEPARTMENT, SYRACUSE NY

We actually look forward to going to Bill Rapp service department. The employees are efficient, fast, friendly and caring. The young man who checked us in immediately fixed a minor windshield wiper problem (no charge) and we were ushered into the office to go over the major needs. The waiting area is superb (magazines, comfy couches, tv, coffee/'tea, donuts, candy bars, all free) and the whole operation moves smoothly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and couldn't be a better experience when you need servicing on your auto.

Fast Service

I took my car in today in response to a recall about the airbag program. The service took half the time I was told to expect! Everyone was friendly and professional. It was a good deal all around.

That was easy

Where's that EASY button? I drove by and saw a super nice truck. Before I knew it , it was mine. First time I ever bought used and 30 days in have no regrets. The reasons I visited this dealer do not apply as I wasn't shopping or getting service - I was a drive by who saw an awesome looking truck. Thanks Honey!

100% Satisfied Every Time

After shopping around many other dealers and trying to be forced into putting money down or signing paperwork for a car before I even saw it, the experience at Bill Rapp was so refreshing. Not only did I feel at ease with my salesperson, Chris, I felt no pressure at all. He didn't find me the car I wanted, he found me the car I had to have. I have had it for a year now and have no regretted the purchase for an instant. I also take it back to get regular maintenance and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I will definitely send everyone I know here knowing that they will get the same experience that I had. I look forward to being a continuous customer!
