Best dealership in town!

Friendly experienced and knowledgeable sales and service folks. Very helpful in providing in depth information and options. We did not feel hurried or pressured during our visits . We feel very comfortable buying a vehicle from this dealership as we have been taking our older vehicle here for many years and have received excellent service. Wehave found the mechanics to be very proficient in completing maintenance and necessary repairs in a timely manner and prices seem fair. The most important reason I would recommend this dealership is that I feel that I can trust them. We are in the process of purchasing a vehicle with Sam and are very happy with our choice of sales person and dealership.

Great, professional service. Extremely easy to set appointments. So many extras that are included in the service package at no cost. They are unlike any other dealership.

Another great expetience

My second vehicle from Bill Rapp GMC. Can not say enough about the sales department (Scott Stocking) or the service department. Very professional and dedicated to ensure the customer is satisfied with their experience at Bill Rapp. I would definitely recommend the Bill Rapp Superstore to family and friends, and yes, I'll be back.

Service

Bill Rapp Super store has an excellent service dept. they are very fair & honest , I have been a loyal customer for the past 18 years. We have not always bought all of our vehicles their but they have done all the service work and have supported us with warranty repairs on all of our GM units.

Service excellence with a smile!

Subaru service is friendly and efficient. When I walked through the door, I was greeted with smiles and my records were quickly accessed as my current request was carefully entered in the computer. Service was performed as promised and I'm always impressed with the extra effort that is exhibited at the Bill Rapp facility, from the free car wash to my service rep, Colleen, retrieving my car as I paid my bill and having it waiting when I was finished. I am pleased that the service excellence has continued through the Rapp family business, as I have done business there for over 40 years.

Great service department

My car was in for a recall. The Buick/GMC service department had it complete when promised. They even took care of an unrelated exhaust rattle for no charge. If Pontiac still exhisted, I would buy every one of my cars from this dealer.

Buying a used car from bill rapp

Gary marsh was our salesman that helped us with the purchase of a used Jeep wrangler for my son .we got a great price my son is very happy with this purchase
