Great salesman, great experience

Helpful guidance, supportive service
My old Subaru had major problems, and they provided a loaner while trying to solve them. When I decided to go with a new car rather than investing in the old one, the loaner was available while I waited for arrival of the new one. Tom Callahan explained the options thoroughly and guided me carefully ? and patiently ? through the paperwork.

Excellent Choice
Just sharing my positive experience with the sales team at Bill Rapp GMC. My sales rep Sam Abdo was a pleasure to deal with and worked hard to get me into my new GMC HD All Terrain package truck. An easy experience
My salesman was very patient and wanted to make sure to take care of us. Very knowledgeable and wanted us to be happy. I had forgotten to get our garage door opener out of our trade. I called our dealer who tracked it down and climbed a stool to get it from the car which was on a body shop lift after hours. We were happy with our deal and how easy the process was.
