Buick Regal GS
I am new customer to Bill Rapp Buick . With the minimum exposer I have had to this dealership I will say they want your business . The people I have come in contact with at Bill Rapp seem to be decent, honorable, hard working and knowledgable staff. They now have my attention, faith and loyalty as their new customer . Only time will tell how this union progresses. My theory is that I am buying the whole enchilada besides the vehicle I am buying Rapp service as well . We'll see .

Jesse made car-buying great!
We have purchased a number of new cars over the years and tend to keep our cars for a long time (10+ years), and were looking for a replacement for our 2001 Highlander Ltd, which we loved. We test-drove the 2016 Highlander and were very disappointed with the many changes since then -- it now felt much too massive and even under-powered for that much size. Given the good reviews which Subarus have been enjoying, we thought of trying a Forester, or possibly an Outback. My brother-in-law had recently worked with Jesse Vincent at Bill Rapp Subaru in Syracuse, and we asked for Jesse when we stopped at Rapp Subaru. I had studied all the resources I could find to prepare myself for the typically awful and lopsided car-buying exercise in patience and frustration. We believed we knew what we wanted, but Jesse was great in helping us refine our choice(s) with his knowledge of the two cars (and other competing brands). Safety was one of our most important criteria, and the Subaru "EyeSight" system was particularly interesting for collision avoidance / mitigation, and its adaptive cruise-control. We ended up with the Outback Limited with "EyeSight," because we felt it had the nicest ride, controls and comfort, and many adjustments for driving positions, which it?s able to ?remember? for 2 drivers. Much more important for us, though, was Jesse Vincent. Throughout the whole process, he was just delightful and very knowledgeable, and facilitated each step of the purchase with gentle guidance. There were no pressure-tactics of any sort ? just friendly help. I?d strongly recommend anyone looking for a car to find Jesse, and rely on his expertise and guidance. And, he?s part of a great team ? the dealership was helpful and flexible in finding just the right car for us.

Great Service!
Gary Marsh did a very efficient job when it came to our buying process. He was patient and caring . We told him what we were looking for and within minutes had the perfect car picked out for us. The financing part of the deal was also very easy, Mike Smeader work quickly to find us the best bank. All and all Bill Rapp Superstore did a fantastic job!

New Car Review
I just bought a brand new 2017 Subaru WRX from Bill Scoville at Bill Rapp Subaru. I am very pleased with the whole process and my new car. I received a great deal on the car and Bill was able to answer all of my questions and countless emails almost within the hour. I'm enjoying my new car and I would recommend my salesman to anybody. I will probably go back there to order parts (oil filters, etc.) because they are so friendly.

customer service rocks
I have to express my absolute joy in dealing with Colleen in the service department at Bill Rapp Subaru. I had brought my 2013 Crosstrek in to have replacement keys programmed, and to give them my license information , so I could use a loan vehicle, while my power steering was being repaired. What I didn't know was that my car would be brought into the shop while the keys were being programmed, and that Colleen would bring my car inside. After she drove my car, or tried, because what was essentially manual steering, she was stunned that I was driving it while I waited for an appointment. See, the steering was very difficult, so Colleen urged me in the strongest way possible, to leave the car until it could be repaired. She felt that it was simply unsafe to drive, she was right. Somehow, she was able to locate a loaner, and told me to keep it until my repair parts came in and my steering was repaired. Happily, within a few days, the repair part arrived, the repair was done, and I was on my way. I believe that if anyone other than Colleen had waited on me, I would not have gotten the caring attention that Colleen provided. She, in my opinion, is the perfect person to be representing Bill Rapp as a service advisor.
