Horrible customer service !!! Do not recommend

The worst service and communication i have ever experienced with any. at dealer!!!!!! The only thing pleasant was the shuttle service and the driver of the shuttle was the most polite man and was on time…

Brought my car in for service yesterday, I am 2 hours away so always appreciate the use of a loaner. I expressed to Adam that it would be great if I could get my car early afternoon due to my long drive home. He had it ready at noon!! I so appreciated that! This is my 3rd Forester bought from Julie, she is absolutely the BEST! There is a Subaru dealer closer to me but will travel the distance for the Bill Rapp dealership and service.

Get your Subaru in Norwich

Purchased a new Subaru from the Norwich store. The sales team was friendly but not pushy. They listened to me and were very accomodating. The purchase process was smooth. Overall excellent experience. Oh and I have a great new car!

Great service and caring, helpful staff

My salesperson Julie, was awesome. She went above and beyond and was a comfort as I dealt with turning in my moms lease after she passed. She was also extremely helpful and continues to be as I leased my own vehicle and she helps me transfer the title of my moms other car into my name. I love my new Subaru and Julie’s help has been tremendously needed. Also a big shout out to your employee Melissa Murphy! She is an extreme asset too.

Thanks for Great Service!

This was my first visit to Bill Rapp Subaru service and I was completely Satisfied! My car was in for over a week for a navigation issue and while waiting on parts, Rich was Great on follow up and keeping me informed as to progress. The dealership provided a car for my use that was much appreciated. Bill Rapp has earned my service business!

Frustrating used car deal

I Bought an 8 year old vehicle from this dealership and had the first light go on on the 5th day after picking it up,the engine light went on the 7th Day. Its been into the shop three times, now waiting to have a new shifter installed,new shocks, a wire to the airbag , and a hood guard to cover bubbling paint, some parts are back-ordered from November 16th. There's something all over the front of the car that nobody can even explain. A broken glove box has already been fixed, now the airbag and tire gauge lights are back on and it makes a humming noise when you go over 55 miles an hour and the car is now out of its month warranty!
