Great service nice people in and out quickly thank

Very professional and got my car in and out quickly The dealership was very spotless and clean nice waiting area and bathrooms were clean. Highly recommend them to friends

Recall process satisfaction

Speed of the service for a manufacturer recall was exceptional. Staff was knowledgeable and attentive to the customer experience. I was very pleased.

It is easy to setup the appointment. They always perform the needed work with high quality. It is easy to drop off and pickup and they keep me in the loop throughout the process.

Excellent Experience at Bill Rapp Subaru

My experience was very positive. Working with Nate Gamory, salesperson, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, is an excellent communicator, and a pleasure to work with throughout this process. The finance department was also excellent. They put me at ease and were very supportive and knowledgeable. I never believed I could be the owner of a Subaru, but thanks to the team at Bill Rapp, that dream came true for me. Thank you all very much.

Great car buying experience

Our salesman was outstanding! His knowledge of Subaru was exceptional. He took the right amount of time to explain the process & the car’s functionality. Really enjoyable experience! —- normally not my description of buying a car!

Great service Experience

We had our very first service experience on our new Sierra pickup and I must say I am greatly impressed. From the prompt greeting by Dan Kerrigan the service advisor, to the exceptionally clean wright up area and very pleasant waiting area this dealership pays close attention to the details that make for a pleasant experience. We were in and out in less than an hour and each of our concerns was addressed properly and most importantly, we got a very specific and detailed explanation for every single concern that we had. We will definitely recommend this dealership in the future to anyone looking for the total vehicle buying experience.
