Express oil change

Great professional service

Every time we need to get service at Bill Rapp, they are always very professional & respectful of our time. Most recently we went to their Express Service thinking we had a minor issue. Unfortunately our car needed major service. Bill Rapp Subaru moved the car into their regular service dept. & made our car a priority because we were leaving town the next day. We were very appreciative of this. We hit our car back in time and felt so relieved the car was safe to drive s long distance.

Extraordinary service.

Our experience with our sales person was extraordinary. She was knowledgeable, courteous and responsive to our needs. The 2023 Forester that we are leasing arrived at the expected timeframe.

Good, quick car purchasing experience

Ulas was quick and in depth when I came to pick up my car at the dealership. Answered all my questions and was in and out.

A smooth and comfortable car buying experience

I initially chose Bill Rapp Subaru because they advertised the car I was looking for online. I will return for service because it is close to where I live. As far as the Sales experience, Stephen Rudenis and Brian Ladd were friendly, helpful and professional. I never felt hurried or pressured and they patiently answered all my questions. I will highly recommend them, when asked.

Very friendly, yet very professional as well. Jen is very nice and she gives warm greetings. Waiting time is not very long which is really appreciated.
