Great place to do business.

I was in and out within a reasonable length of time. People are friendly, honest and knowledgeable. The facility was clean well kept up.

The employees are always very courteous & get you out of there as quickly as they can. And it’s also nice to have coffee & snacks available again

Wonderful experience

No pressure sales, no pressure finance manager, easy transaction. Was introduced to service department and others. Wonderful communication through each step of the buying process!

Awesome vehicle, highlt recomended

Matt, did a great job when pointing me to the Crosstrek Sport. I mentioned I was an avid runner and cyclist and what I planned to used my vehicle for and mentioned I maybe didnt need a full size SUV. I absolutely love this Crosstrek Sport, I wish I bought a Subaru sooner, before buying that old Honda I had. I'll definitely be back when this one is ready for trading in. The finance guy was great as well and I'm happy I purchased the extended warranty and undercoat, He explained everything perfectly and I know this was a good decision.

Great place

The staff, the space, the attitude, the service department, the cleanliness, the efficiency, the waiting room, the shuttle service, the merchandise glass cabinet, the snacks, the sales department, the car wash and “The Forrester” itself. The over all experience is pleasant and the work on the vehicle has been excellent. Any challenges have bet met spot on with professionalism and timeliness. We really appreciate all of you and we are grateful for the pleasure of driving a safe vehicle everyday. NPR “love” theme adds are great and Subaru donates to worthy causes. ❤️

Friendly people, not pushy

The people are friendly and not pushy. We really liked our salesperson Sam. He always makes a point to come up to us and follows up to see how our new car is working out for us. Very personable and friendly.

Excellent dealership

I took my car in for service for a few things and wanted the battery checked while it was there. Rich gave me a call to let me know about a battery settlement notice that had been sent out and to register. Ended up saving me a little on the cost of a new battery. He was super helpful and went above and beyond.
