Sales Manager, Amy Sabers is a great person

Amy Sabers is an awesome salesperson and very professional at what she does. I highly recommend her as a salesperson. She went out of her way to please me. She also answered any questions and also called me back promptly. By the way, I leaned a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500. I'm very happy with it and will enjoy driving it and be thinking about this dealership. I would definitely lease future vehicles here. I'm very satisfied.

“Tremendous customer service”

Rob Fleming is by far the most dedicated sales rep I have ever dealt with for a vehicle purchase. His ability to provide me with numerous options enabled me to make the right purchase that fit my needs. Rob’s professionalism and customer service skills were evident throughout the entire process. Strongly recommend if you are in the market ask for Rob!

New Jeep Grand Cherokee

Everyone I came in contact with was fantastic! From my sales person Amy, to the finance manager, to the person who detailed my new Jeep, the service was super. I have to give a special thanks to Amy, she was patient and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions and concerns. It was thanks to her I drove off the lot with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee! I would highly recommend Joe Cecconi’s to anyone!

Amazing dealership

Worked primarily with Rob interacted with others all were friendly. Though Rob went above what was expected. Very easy to work with laid back and not pushy.

Ridiculous interaction

I wanted to email the car that I configured to a Cecconi sales person. While I was searching their website the chat box opened up and Eric Clark popped on. I asked him for an email address to send my specs to and he refused. They wanted all of my contact information upfront. I've been down that road before and it takes months for the emails and phone calls to stop. So I'll purchase my car from a different Chrysler store. Dumbest interation I have ever had and a lost sale for Cecconi!

Khalil

Khalil Davis was great to work with and made shopping for a truck easy peasy. Very nice, great humor and great manners. He made you feel like family and answered all my questions. Came to the house to get papers signed and was happy to do it. If you are looking for a car please go see Khalil at Joe cecconi’s. What a great experience and I thank him much.

I've had numerous experiences with Joe Cecconi's but prefer to only deal with Tony Ricco. Tony knows how to make you feel like your business matters. He goes above and beyond to make you feel like family.

Enjoyable Buying Experience

My wife and I went to Joe Cecconi‘s to look for a new Jeep. We were treated very well. Tony Ricco was our salesman and was a pleasure to deal with. The rest of the staff was very courteous and friendly. This was a very pleasant car buying experience.

Good Experience

This was our first purchase from this dealership. My wife and I were treated very well. The salesman Tony Ricco was very cordial and made us very comfortable. The rest of the employees were also very good.
