Experience was enjoyable!

Decided to buy a truck. Went into dealership and asked for Mark Novelli was pleasantly surprised by his presence. First vehicle I have purchased on my own and he did not try to pressure me into buying something outrageous. Was very comfortable speaking to him about my finances and what I could afford. Mark is an outstanding salesman and knows how to get it done in a timely manner. Thank you so much Mark Novelli and the rest of the staff at Joe Cecconi's for helping me. I will definately be back for another vehicle.

Excellent dealer

Price was negotiated fairly for both sides. Had a great experience working with Rob. Got an excellent car for a fair price. Great sales service without excess hassle

Quick, pain free, and enjoyable.

I had a very positive experience overall with Joe Cecconi Chrysler Complex. The process was efficient and thorough and a late minute factory recall was completed by the time I took delivery. Amy Sabers was cordial and an expert communicator via email and phone. Great 1st time experience with this dealership and I will recommend them to others going forward.

Excellent!

Walked in and was greeted/taken care of within minutes. Amy was beyond friendly and sold me on the first vehicle I was shown, even though I was fairly difficult on telling her what I wanted in a vehicle other than color and four wheel drive. I was able to drive the vehicle home the same day, and am absolutely loving my vehicle so far. Everyone I worked with was pleasant and informative, minimal questions had to be asked due to excellent explanations on the buying process and paperwork I had to fill out. I believe I was given one of the best deals I would have found anywhere given the unfortunate situation I was in. Finally, to top things off, we had our one year old child with us that decided to have a few meltdowns in the dealership. Even if the employees were annoyed, they never allowed it to show. Everyone was great with my child there for the entire process. Will never go anywhere else again.

NEVER EVER

I purchased my car almost a year ago, it never came with a manual, multiple times I asked if I could receive one and they told me if the car didn’t come with one they can’t get it, which is a lie because they can call the manufacturer! Service here is terrible! You get your free oil changes for the life of your car and every time I come in I have to allocate hours of my time to sit here always three or more! They are always behind on their appointments and “forget” to do things they were asked to! I still had dog hair embedded in the trunk of my car that wasn’t taken care of and when I asked them to fix it they told me it would be another 4 hours. What an absolute joke, so I left! The only time I have ever come in and had everything taken care of is when Shawn was here and got my oil change, start stop fixed, and vacuumed my car in 3 hours flat. He was the only one who ever did everything I had needed! And here I am again sitting here at almost 3 pm when my appt was at 1.... when I asked how things were going they said they haven’t even gotten to it yet. How ridiculous even when I called before my appt and asked how backed up they were so I could reschedule yet, here I am! Good thing I took off work! A business strategy would be to take forever on peoples free oil changes so in turn they wouldn’t return and get it done somewhere else! Good game but you’re stuck with my for 3 years after though I will never be back here for another car ever again!

Family like service

Leased my last two jeeps from Mark, and have been pleased both times. Mark did everything he could to make sure I was leaving with the perfect jeep for me. Currently driving a new 2019 Jeep Cherokee. Mark was able to get my monthly payments down to a reasonable price. Mark is someone I can trust when it comes to my cars. Highly recommend going to him for you car needs.

Best service ever!

My mother passed while I was in a five car pileup. Mark Novelli has sold me and my friends over ten cars. He was so upset when I told him I needed another vehicle after the accident. Mark picked me up and had a vehicle in mind and ready to show. We test drove and came back and the paperwork was ready to sign. We had lunch and returned my rental and my new Jeep Cherokee Limited was plated and on the road I went! Condolences were made by the staff as they hurried me through to my road to recovery. Thank you Cecconi’s for having employed such a caring staff that takes their job seriously! I will always buy from Mark and continue to send him new clients.

Amazing

My experience at Cecconi Chrysler dealership was fantastic I went there 2 1/2 years ago and purchased in 2014 Chrysler 300 I went there last week they help me out with a great deal on trade-in and got me in a 2018 2500 heavy duty dodge ram everybody there was fantastic to work with and very pleasant !!!staff was all very friendly and the finance department went over and above to make sure I walked out of there with the vehicle I wanted it truly is a amazing car dealership!!!And don’t hound them let them do their jobs it might take a week or two in some cases but they can usually get it done I recommend them to anyone

Khalil made it easy!

Great People, Great Service.

I had a great experience at Joe Cecconi's. I arrived unannounced on a busy Saturday and there was no hesitation or delay in service. Kahlil Davis is very knowledgeable of each car and provided excellent customer service. He truly went above and beyond to make me feel happy and comfortable. His interpersonal skills, patience and communication is top notch. Kahlil is an overall kind, genuine sales person which can be rare to find. He even bought me a coffee! My previous experiences dealing with similar transactions does not even compare to my wonderful experience at Joe Cecconi's. I greatly appreciate the amazing service that I received from Kahlil Davis. Mark Novelli and a finance worker named Brendon also assisted me.
