Excellent service

Recently I decided to find my wife a new car because of the weather getting worse and worse. Her car was older and front wheel drive so it sucked in the snow. I had an idea of what I was looking for, something affordable and 4x4. I went into the dealership and received help from poncho and Al. Both were a very big help and made the process extremely smooth. Also they were both very knowledgeable about the inventory in stock and what I was looking for and the process. 10 out of 10 recommend getting a car from cecconi and receiving help from poncho or Al.

Alex Ackley

Alex was a great help to us! Super funny and down to earth guy! Alex knew what we were looking for and the payment we needed to stay close to. Our first visit didn’t go so well for us. There was not a good enough deal the first time we arrived to be at a payment close to the one we already had. When one arose, Alex thought of us! I am greatful for everyone’s friendly and quick service at this dealership. We spent the least amount of time at Joe Cecconi’s than we have at seven other dealerships.

Leased a new vehicle.

We worked with Alex Ackley and he made the process go quickly and smoothly. We needed to lease a new vehicle and he worked with our budget and our schedule. He went out of his way to be helpful.

Joe Cecconi’s

I bought a car from this dealership and Amy guided me through the long difficult process of getting a new car. I couldn’t have more pleased with great her customer service was even when I knew she had people waiting to see her! She is the sole reason I will be back to this dealership in the future for mine and my families car purchases.

Quick and easy

We were looking for a used vehicle preferably a Jeep with 4 wheel drive in excellent condition inside and out. After searching several on line dealerships and sources I decided to make the lengthy drive to this dealership. We found exactly what we were hoping to find in a used vehicle. After stopping at several other dealerships in the Buffalo area we decided to purchase the Jeep Compass. We looked at it and test drove it on Saturday and picked it up on the following Tuesday. The car was detailed and and the finance department was helpful. Amy was my salesperson and was very professional and pleasant.

Above and. Beyond!

Amy, Dave and Paul have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help get me into a new vehicle. From back in 2013 (when I truly needed a vehicle) to present, (when I simply wanted to change things up), they always help and treat me with respect. Pleasure to deal with them!

Found exactly what we were looking for!!

One of the only dealerships in the area open on Sunday. Salesman Alex Ackley found us just what we told him were looking for without trying to up sell us on anything we didn’t want.

Horrid service.

Walked in and no one acknowledged me for 15 minutes. A man came in a quickly told me to drive my car into the service area and come back. I do so then he says I meant for you to stay in your car and I’ll come out. I go wait in my car for another 15 minutes before another guy comes out to ask my info. The people were cold and rude.

Love My Jeep

Leased a new vehicle with Joe Cecconi, and had a great experience. I was new to the Jeep universe and the team was very helpful guiding me with the options and what would work for my budget and needs. Alex Ackley was very accommodation of my time and working with me through the process. Joe Cecconi also did an awesome job helping me out of a lease i wasn't happy with, which a lot of other dealers didn't want to bother with. I would certainly recommend using this dealer if you are considering a new lease/purchase.

Horrible experience

I read the reviews on this dealership and decided to give them a try. I chatted with an operator in the morning and told her what vehicle I was interested in and asked if it was still available (pre owned) I was told it was, so I made an appointment for 11am to test drive it, having had my vehicle break down on me I had to rent a car to get to the dealer which was about 40 minutes away, When I got there I was told that the vehicle was JUST SOLD, but not to worry because they had a few more very close in price and mileage , I said okay, what do you have, I was shown two more on the website and agreed that I would consider them, well after sitting and waiting around I was told, those were also sold that morning, Really ! The sales person seeing that I was very upset brought in the manager and he told me that some company came in and bought all those vehicles that morning but they had this other one that was only $8000.00 more. A much better deal, I didn't rent a car to travel 40 minutes away to by a $20,000 vehicle when I went there to see a $13,500 one. Sounds like BAIT AND SWITCH to me. I told them I had rented a car to come there and was very upset with their business practices and all I got was *Well I am sorry have a good day* Never in my life have I ever run into something so fraudulent as this place, I would never recommend them to anyone. I left there and went to West Herr and was treated with respect and honesty. I will be bringing my new vehicle home tomorrow..
