The Best Sales Girl in the Business

I have bought all of my vehicles from a Chevy dealer in Lancaster, but after meeting Amy Sabers I will be a Cecconi's customer for life! She helped me and my husband (who is an extremely difficult MAN), but she put in the time to help him not only find the perfect Ram, but one with a lot more options than he thought he could get! Thanks Amy, You are truly the Best!

Amy sabers rocks!

Been trying to find the perfect truck for some time... like most I've had a couple bumps a long the way (bankruptcy!! A few months ago!). Most dealers either turned their heads, or offered high mile used vehicles for High payments, but not Amy! She not only found me a better truck then I was looking for with more options, and the payment s were better than the used quotes I received. Go see Amy Sabers... She is truly the Best!

Saved from a tough situation....

Joe Cecconi was the first dealership I used to get a car. I was a bit intimidated but the salesperson Kahlil was SUPER helpful in breaking down how everything worked. Even if he had to say something three times, he made sure I understood before stepping further. Of course all the staff want to make sales, but above all he wanted to make sure I was comfortable in the choices I made. In 2015, I got a 2011 Dodge Avenger that I fell in love with that I got at a manageable price. Whenever it needed some work Kahlil made sure it got done. Now, two years later it was time for a new vehicle. At first I didn't want to let the Avenger go, and for that the trade-in value drifted down. I was also in a tough financial circumstance, so I thought it would be impossible to get a decent vehicle. But again, Kahlil accessed my situation thoroughly and made sure he did everything he could to get me a suitable vehicle. It took a lot of back and forth between Buffalo and Niagara Falls to finalize everything but it was totally worth it! We had extremely limited options but I couldn't be happier with the results! Much love to Kahlil for making it happen.

best day ever

went to joe cecconis with a negative mindset thinking that i would never be able to walk away with anything but with the help of renne campbell pushing an working for me i was able to walk away with a 2016 Chrysler 200 after placing myself in a buy here pay here for the past 3 years i was beyond happy to have someone finally work for me an with me , if your in the need for a new car ask for Renne because she knows her stuff shes very professional an has awesome customer services skills she literally the best of the best.

Dove an hour and a half to buy a vehicle that they took sold to another customer with in that hour and a half straight garbage

I'll never go anywhere else!

I had the best, easiest, most complication-free buying experience!! Mark N. helped find the perfect vehicle for me, suiting all my needs and keeping me within my budget. He went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and welcome at the dealership, and he went above and beyond to assure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He was friendly, funny, and knew his stuff!! I am very happy with my new Jeep! I will never go to another dealership!!

Rude people all the way around

I called Joe Cecconis because they were on my list of approved dealers who would take my loan. They decided they didn’t want to take my loan , and instead of Amy saying that to me, they lied to me and told me they needed another co-signer. Without my permission they ran my credit again! So then they say I’m approved for a lesser car. Never call me back again after that. I call to find out what bank approved me , and the guy Mike rudely hangs up and say we can’t do the deal and hangs up. after they run my credit WITHOUT my permission! This place is a joke.
