Wrangler Unlimited Perfect Experience
I had been looking for a Jeep for a while before ending up at Cecconi in Niagara Falls, so I knew exactly what I wanted and what I didn't want. I had the great pleasure of working with Pancho Santiago this past Saturday 9/19/2015. Pancho was a true pleasure to work with, he worked with me to find a vehicle that was exactly what I wanted and was right in my budget. He took the time to make sure I was completely happy and gave me a tour of the vehicle and setup my cell phone before letting me leave. I would strongly recommend Pancho to anybody searching for a new or used vehicle. He is a true professional and a great guy. He really cares about his customers and ensuring they are 100% satisfied. Rich and Mike also took the time to make sure I was pleased with everything, even though the place was packed with customers.

Great experience with Tony Ricco
Tony was highly recommended by a number of our friends. He gave 110 % helping us find the van with all the touches we wanted. I was quite adamant in everything that I wanted included. He got us a great deal! We will certainly tell our friends and be back when we need another vehicle.

I purchased a new 2015 Dodge Journey after test driving it as well as a Grand Caravan, Equinox, Rav 4, and Tourig - each a few times. It was ultimately the comfortable ride, package options, and favorable pricing that was worked out with Tony Ricco's and Bob Barba's assistance. Tony was very knowledgeable about all of the Dodge products I was interested in comparing. With his guidance, I was able to focus on what was really important to me. Bob Barba was very well versed in financing options and found me a very low rate which well suits my budget. Overall, I was very pleased with the personal service and followup communication received since I selected the Journey. I would recommend speaking with either or both of these gentlemen if considering the purchase or lease of a vehicle.

worst techs ever
Paid to have techs fix my jeep and they didnt even fix it.....alot of wasted money spent with them. I am now paying mullanes to fix what cecconis couldnt. Cecconis was grasping at straws on my expense. Very unsatisfied. So is many other people who have dealt with them.

Didn't hold his word
I called DAVE DORATO at 930 am on Aug 31 to have him check a 2015 ram 5500 with 84 inch cab to axle truck price out. Told me to come in and he will have all pricing done. I showed up at 3:38pm and no pricing. I told him before I only have ten minutes and he had one shot to make the deal and that's it. I waited 12 minutes and while I was leaving he was talking to someone other salesman. VERY NOT prepared!!!!! I will go to ford and buy a truck. Forth time I tried to spend money and every time it's a circus at this place
