Worst dealership
We bought our SUV in mid February, the salesman was great, we had no problem purchasing the vehicle, he worked with us on every level. Unfortunately, the service department is not so great. After three days of having the car home we started having issues with it, the back seat was broken, a speaker was blown, and one of my turn signals was charred and the bulb was burnt and loose. We brought this to their attention, the service guys told us they would need confirmation before fixing the seat or speaker because it was out of warranty. We thought it was great that they were considering it, we completely understood that would be a nice gesture of them seeing as we had just brought the car home. The turn signal on the other hand, that was their problem. We had it diagnosed the first time on February 18th. They told us they needed to wait a week because the service manager was out on paternity leave. In the meantime, my exhaust started rattling really bad, we brought this to their attention because they had never called back about my turn signal, speaker, or seat. So now we had a fourth problem to add to the list. They told us they couldn't figure out what the problem was and we had to wait for parts to come in for the turn signal. So we brought it home again. Immediately, we heard a strange noise coming from the engine. We brought it back again. Initially we wrote a bad review on Facebook because of how much they had ignored and pushed our problems back. We went in for three diagnoses and the none of our problems had been solved. They didn't do anything for us. The operations manager called me and asked me to take down my review and let him help me. I put my trust in him and took it down. They had my car for a week. They claimed the problem with my engine was my fuel injection valve was moving and it was normal. And they fixed my exhaust. Nothing else. It took them a week to put a clip on a heat shield. On top of that the noise is louder now in The front end and my car jerks violently while driving it. They refuse to take my car in and made me go to another dealership to have it fixed. This place is the single most disorganized, unprofessional company I have ever worked with.

New Purchase
In all fairness I had written off this dealership a year ago after a bad experience. I made my feelings known as to how unprofessional it was regarding the lack of communication between sales and service. I did my due diligence in looking at other dealerships and their vehicles. In the end I came back to Cecconi's. Tony Ricco and David Dorato were my immeidate sales persons with Tony Ricco being my main contact. I made a specific request on what kind of truck I wanted. And they came through very quickly. They also came through on keeping my payment where I wanted it which was most important. Overall I was pleased.

Another great experience
This is my 5th (lease) car through Cecconi's and I have always had a wonderful experience. I did not have to waste days/time in the dealership waiting for a good price. I was given a great price the same day I traded in my car and excellent customer service- on every end. The day of the deal, everything went smoothly and very fast. Even on my previous cars, the service employees always were quick and great whenever I needed to bring my car in.

Tailgate Problems
Since Nov 2013 in very cold conditions my tailgate on 2013 Dodge Ram began to freeze shut. It's now March and problem still goes on. Poor service and communication with this dealer. Last I herd from them that they were calling Dodge themselves to figure it out. Here I wait.

Mr. Braham, We are sorry that you have had the freeing issues with the tailgate of your Ram. We have done our best to resolve your concern, and have reached out to Chrysler for assistance. Unfortunately, at this time, Chrysler has not been able to find a resolution for your problem, although we have worked with them extensively in order to resolve the problem. While we do acknowledge that the problem is real, Chrysler has not been able to find an answer for the problem at this time. The General Manager, Service Director, and the Service Manager at the dealership have all individually reached out to call you in order to discuss the issue, and any of us are more than willing to speak with you about the issue, at your convenience. Any of us can be reached by your return phone call at (716) 297-5800, and we'll be happy to take the time and review the steps taken to date, and any future options we may be able to work through.
This dealership has claimed that they have reached out to me on this issue. I called them several times to leave voice mail and still no one responded. I have since taken my issue to another dealership where they have corrected the problem. Service at Cecconi was very poor. No communication. They did not want to be bothered....
Quality Salesman
The salesman we worked with really tried hard to keep in my time frame. Overall everyone was very friendly and helpful. The price we agreed upon was fair in my opinion.
