A knowledgable & professional gentlemen whom was a pleasure to deal with in respect to attention to detail , overall friendliness and general good natured attitude . Its refreshing to deal with someone that seems to like what they do as well as treat customers as people and not just another number like it seems at other dealerships in the area. Will happily do business with again

Amy Sabres was very helpful getting me into my new Jeep Cherokee. She is professional, honest, and a pleasure to have as my sales consultant. She knows her stuff and cares about the customer. Highly recommend her!

Cecconi Chrysler, Julian and Amy were answers to my...

Cecconi Chrysler, Julian and Amy were answers to my Caravan search. After a day and half of having dealers not listen to me, I hit the jackpot. Once I mentioned that the balloon payment was not for me, it was never mentioned again. They worked hard to not only make the sale, but make me happy. I cannot recommend Julian, Amy and Cecconi Chrysler enough.

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE! I had decided I was going to...

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE! I had decided I was going to purchase or lease a vehicle today as my old duct-taped van was not going to make it much longer. I needed a vehicle in which I felt safe and could afford, but just paid my property taxes, so am short of cash. I haven't bought a car through a dealer in many, many years, so this was a new experience for me. My sister told me about an ad Joe Cecconi's had run which featured low monthly payments. I also live close to a dealership which does a huge amount of advertising, so decided to stop there first. I told the very nice salesperson there what I needed, wanted, what I did not want at all, and the payment I could do. Found a vehicle I loved, but the finance guy came up with a payment more than double what I said I would be comfortable with monthly and didn't really offer any other financing options and I kind of felt he was talking down to me and trying to push me where I wouldn't go. Granted, I'm not knowledgeable on auto financing, but I do know if you put more down, the payment goes down...but there was no way I could get that much more down... Then the very nice salesman came out with a vehicle the finance guy thought we could afford...except it had the one feature I had told them I did not want at all. Hugely disappointed, we left and went to Cecconi's. Chris Glenn found us lost and dazed in the lot, walked up, shook hands and asked if he could help us. We told him about the low monthly payment ad we heard about. He told us how that works, then he asked what we needed and said "Let's talk" and see what we can do! And so began our exciting journey! Chris listened. He asked what we wanted, needed, and really seemed to care about what I felt ok with. He made me feel that it was ok that I didn't feel comfortable with a payment nearly $400 a month! He talked to the financial genius, Paul, and came back with workable numbers. Chris then found a vehicle he thought would be a good fit, and he was right! They found a great program which fit my budget, and a great car to fit my wants and needs! Jim, the paperwork guy, (who deserves a raise, by the way), explained so much to me, too! I may be very naive, but this is how I believe car-buying should be! I walked in disheartened and walked out to my new-to-me car waiting for me to drive her home!!! Everyone there was so pleasant, too! I would definitely recommend and have already recommended Chris Glenn and Joe Cecconi's dealership to others! And, thank you, Chris - (Justin Timberlake's #1 fan, haha-I listen, too-and you have a great sense of humor), and all-this is one very happy customer!

I was recommended to Joe Cecconi's by a few...

I was recommended to Joe Cecconi's by a few colleagues at work. I dealt with Mike Jensen and Steven Faltisco. I already knew I was going to buy a Jeep Cherokee, but Steven showed me a vehicle anyways and described it showing that he truly has a great knowledge of the cars that he is selling. Having picked out the color vehicle and model, it was time to talk what it would cost. I told them that it was all about good financing, and not so much term. Paul, their finance manager, worked his magic and got me a great deal no questions asked. I recommend anyone looking for a Jeep visit Cecconi's place in the Falls.

I needed a newer car and pancho was able to find me a car that I was able to afford and the size that I wanted. This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership and was skeptical. But after working with pancho I recommend him as your dealer.

I just recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee (my favorite Jeep ever, welcome back - I've missed you!). I was assisted by Pancho, the second time he helped me with a new car. He is so comfortable to work with and you feel like you've known him a long time. I appreciate Pancho's honesty and laying out the deal in terms I can understand. I did have lots of questions and have been bugging him a lot, but he continues to be patient and helpful, and I totally appreciate that. Pancho really gives the feeling that he cares about you and will do whatever he can to get you the deal you want. I looked at a few different dealerships in the area, and decided to go with Joe Cecconi for a few reasons. Salesman Pancho was a pleasure to work with. He got me into the perfect Jeep for me based on the features that I told him were important to me in the price range I was looking for. I also think that I was able to get the best price possible for the new Jeep and the most fair value for my trade-in. Free oil changes for life is also a great bonus!
