Julian Pancho Santiago was great to work with...always very friendly and willing to help anyway he could with choosing my vehicle.....Awesome car dealer. He is truly an asset to Cecconi's. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Thanks to Pancho, and Joe Cecconi's Chrysler Complex, I was able to purchase a newer vehicle at an affordable price without having an astronomical interest rate. He gave me many options to choose from and didn't push me to purchase something I wasn't interested in. I would highly recommend seeing Pancho the next time you are ready for a new or used car!

I have purchased 3 cars at Joe Cecconi Chrysler Complex. The first 2 were used my 3rd car is a brand new Dodge Avenger R/T. My salesman is PANCHO. He goes out of his way to find the perfect vehicle that will fit your lifestyle and budget. All the staff is very nice and friendly. And i got FREE lifetime oil changes !!!

My experience there was great they were able to get me in...

My experience there was great they were able to get me in the payment range I wanted to be in.My wife wanted a white jeep and they where able to get the one she wanted even though none of the dealerships in the area wanted to give them up.Lastly I just wanted to thank Steven Faltisco our salesman he was very professional and made this great buying experiance I will recommend him to everyone I know.

In August, I purchased a used 2011 Toyota Corolla....

In August, I purchased a used 2011 Toyota Corolla. Considering that I hadn't bought a car since 2000, Steve Faltisco made the experience comfortable and friendly. He answered all my questions and at no time did I feel pressured or uneasy. I test drove a couple of vehicles and was able to change the route to my routine drive to work with its stop and go traffic rather than getting on the expressway. Steve had no problem accommodating my wishes. I would recommend him to anyone. JIm Saldi handled the financial aspects of my purchase. He also made the process simple and helped me get the best deal possible on an extended warrantee. I felt he was honest and knowledgeable. I love my car and am satisfied with the crew at Joe Cecconi.

This dealership from the moment I walked on the lot...

This dealership from the moment I walked on the lot greeted by Mr. Tony Ricco made me immediately feel at ease. Upon entering the complex and sitting down talking with Mr. Steven Faltisco and explaining my circumstance and he was very understanding and worked with me on getting a vehicle in my budget. I went to look at cars with not thinking I could afford one at this time and end up walking away the same day with a vehicle that I liked and could afford! The entire staff was very kind and friendly to my family and I am very grateful! Mr. Steven Faltisco answered all my questions and concerns and demonstrated excellent and professional service. Service was so great that my Dad also end up with another Van. All staff involved in my purchase and my Dad's were AWESOME! I highly recommend that you check out this dealership on your next purchase and meet this family oriented staff!

Where do I start. I would never buy a car from there...

Where do I start. I would never buy a car from there ever! I am a female in my late 20's and felt like they tried to take advantage of me. I was very clear on what I wanted and I had done my research before entering the building. They tried to sell me on buying a car with a special financing similar to the SMART buy from years ago. It is a glorified lease and after trying to explain to them that this wasn't an option they continued to push it, for two days. I could tell that they were getting the idea that I wouldn't be buying from there and about a week after purchasing a car from another dealership I got a letter from Joe Cecconi saying that I didn't qualify for a car at that time due to my credit score. First of all they told me my score and it falls in the very good category so that's a lie, second I never gave them permission to run my credit. We were only ever talking about possible deals NEVER did I try to buy from them, in fact when i did buy my car from west herr, they didnt run my credit until i was ready to sign! Since Joe Cecconi ran my credit through 4 different reports it then in turn showed up on my credit report when I just tried to buy a house. Overall I say this dealership is pretty shady, they lie to get you to sign on the lines. Would never recommend to anyone!

I was very pleased with the customer service I received when arranging for repair services for my vehicle. Should my vehile require repair services again, I would definitely make this dealer my first choice.
