i give the rating I have because I have been to a lot of car dealerships and this one was by far the best experience in purchasing a car. Steven Faltisco was a gentleman and honorable in every way when helping me make a car purchase. I highly recommend seeing Steven for a car you will not be disappointed

I have had the best experience with Cecconi's Chrysler Complex representative / salesman , Steve Faltisco. He did the company proud, I will recommend Steve and Cecconi's. 2nd time purchasing a vehicle at Cecconi's, He was thorough, equipped to answer my many questions and concerns. The reason I have given an excellent rating is because my experience with Steven was very pleasant. He listened to what we wanted he went above and beyond the call of duty to assure us that we could have more than what we were looking for in a vehicle. He was very helpful, informal, and he knew/did his job very well. He took good care of us every step of the way making sure we were happy, If I did not know any better I would think he was a veteran. Overall my experience at Joe Cecconi's was pleasant everyone was friendly, kind and patient. I would highly recommend Joe Cecconi to family and friends. Thanks to the Cecconi team for all you did and we are very appreciative>

Pancho is awesome. He is so laid back and extremely...

Pancho is awesome. He is so laid back and extremely funny, but he is also SO honest and is most certainly looking out for the best interest of the costumer. He does everything he can to help them find the best deal possible, taking into concern the costumers desires in a car and current financial situation working toward the car. I have given him (and the dealership) such a great rating because I am 100% pleased with my car buying experience with him. I love my new car and I know that if something happens (which I doubt) they will all do everything possible to help me in all ways possible. He was very helpful and answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. Go see him if youre looking for a great car and an even better experience buying it!

This was my first purchase from Joe Cecconi's...

This was my first purchase from Joe Cecconi's Chrysler Complex. Steven Faltisco made this a great experience. This young man listened to my likes and dislikes about past cars and my wants and needs for my new car, and steered me toward the perfect vehicle for me - a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude! I love it! After looking at cars on my first visit, I told Steven not to call and pressure me and that I would be back in two days. If he called me I would not return. When his boss told him to call me the next day, Steve told him he was going to honor my request not to be called. This is a young man with character. I look forward to doing business with him in the future.

This was probably our eighth or ninth vehicle from cecconis. Poncho Santiago is the best salesman to work with. Any questions or concerns he will take care of. Will definitely go see him again when the time comes

I am giving this dealership overall 5's because of Pancho himself. He is truthful, friendly, personable and honest. I will never buy a vehicle from anyone or anyplace else. If you are looking for a new vehicle call and ask for Pancho!!! There was NO HIGH PRESURE to buy a car and any question I had he gladly answered. He was willing to come to my home and personally install the registration and license plates on my NEW (Used) car. I never thought looking for a new vehicle would be so educational and enjoyable at the same time. Working with Pancho (Julian) was such a great experience. He made sure to look out for my best interest and incorporated my wants and needs into the vehicle that I wanted. He has a customer for life in me and comes highly recommended. Ralph A. Paid over $9000 for a used mini van and as soon as I...

Paid over $9000 for a used mini van and as soon as I drove it off the lot it had problems. Wheel bearing, air handling system in cab, heater hose coolant leak. Estimates to repair were approximately $700-800. When I called all I got was, why didn't I buy the service warranty. They also asked if any of the problems were safety issues. The answer is YES, a bad wheel bearing is NOT SAFE. Steve the sales rep was a good guy. When you pay that much for anything and you have immediate problems with the vehicle, that says to me they didn't go through the vehicle like they said they did. when the problems happen immediately the dealer should take care of it and not blow you off with "you should have bought the warranty" I expect better from a Chrysler dealer. The cars are really "as is" and buyer beware. When you say you went thru the car and everything is okay, I assume you are telling the truth and that car is going to be good for at least 30 days let alone the first week. Also beware when you try calling them and all you get is voice mail.
