Trades priced way under Kelly blue book

Tried to lease a new regal and trade in my old faithful park avenue. I was only offered $1200 for trade blue book value was $2800. I felt insulted. Manager told me that was the best he could do for me wich is bs. Drove 6 miles to next Buick dealer got $3000 for my trade wich I put $1000 down and took the balance for a future road trip to Florida. And the lease payment was $10 cheaper.

Serice engine light on 2011 Sierra

I was met by friendly service staff and my problems with my truck were taken care of in record time. i didn't even finish my travel mug of coffee when they sent me off on my merry way. Thank-you Everything is good.

Tire Repair

I went to Mike Smith's to repair my flat tire. They got me right in and repaired my tire in no time. They took care of all the paperwork for the insurance with no problems.

Great, Fast, Quality Service

The service was excellent. The only complaint I have is that the repairs that were needed, in my opinion, should have been caught on my inspection that was performed by Mike Smith Buick at the end of December. I have a hard time understanding how these issues arose with only 3,000 miles added to the car since the inspection.

Exceptional Customer Service

Mike Smith's collision department fixed our car like it was never hit in an accident. The work was done in a timely fashion and they even cleaned our car inside and out! What a treat! Todd, the Collision Manager, was spot on with all explanations and quite courteous. We ALWAYS value the excellent service at Mike Smith and are NEVER disappointed. Kudos for running such a fine dealership!
