Zimbrick Buick GMC Eastside

I decided to look for newer vehicle and stopped by Zimbrick West 1st as I previously drove a Buick Lacrosse and had been very satisfied with its dependability and performance. Fred Ringhand explained the different models and let me take a 2016 Buick Encore home for weekend to test drive. I loved the vehicle from 1st moment I got inside. As I didn't like the color option at Zimbrick West, I returned vehicle to Fred and told him I wanted to look at Zimbrick East (ZE). He contacted Tom McConnell at ZE location and told him I would be coming over. When I got to ZE, Tom was standing outside and immediately greeted me, showed me the vehicles I had expressed interest in, and let me test drive vehicles. He offered me information on different vehicles such as FWD vs. AWD. He was patient and kind with all my questions and indecisiveness and helped make the process of purchasing a new vehicle enjoyable. Thank you Tom and Fred!

Brad stood out because he had stopped and taken the time to direct me to the correct dealership. I had very disappointing experience at the other dealership. I called Brad the next day, asked him if he remembered me and when he said, "Yes", I explained my disappointing experience from the day before, what I was looking for and he stepped up and said, "Give me an hour and I will call you back with what all of our lots have available." Needless to say he kept his word, found me a great previously owned vehicle and got me in the car of my dreams. He is an asset to Zimbrick Buick GMC Eastside for sure.

I have had poor experiences at other dealerships so I was a bit wary at first coming here. Despite my initial feelings, I ended up feeling very good about my experience here right away and throughout the process of my car purchase. I do not feel as though there are any hidden agendas or manipulative sales tactics and was given time to ponder my decision before buying.

Have purchased 3 vehicles from Zimbrick on the Beltline. Last was a good 10 years ago, or more. East side experience was just as good, which means very good.
