Excellent Experience

Everyone we had contact with during our search and buying process was excellent. They went above and beyond to search for the model and color that we wanted. They even drove it to us during the week in an evening so we could drive it and decide if we liked it. Once we decided to purchase, they detailed the car and delivered it to us. I could not have asked for better service during this process, and I will certainly go back to them for future purchases.

Follow up from previous review

This is a follow up from a previous review where I was disappointed in the lack of cleaning a purchased used vehicle. I had a call from the dealership less than 24 hrs after I posted the review. They were sincere and concerned that I was not satisfied and wanted to take care of the situation. They have offered 2 detail cleanings and to pick up the vehicle at my convenience, clean and return it. I appreciated their concern and follow-up.

Recent purchase

Recently purchased a 3 yr old pick up. I was told when I pick the vehicle up it would be "detailed" and ready to go. I believe all that was done was rinsed off. Soap film on the windows, stains on the seat, pet hair everywhere. Also I have never purchased a vehicle from a dealership that I was worried about making it to the nearest gas station. DISAPPOINTED and won't be back.

Poor Customer Service

I had called ahead regarding needing a loaner vehicle and was assured that one would be waiting for me (I was 2 hours away). I was later contacted minutes before my appointment to be told that they no longer had a loaner available, and didn't know when one would become available. I had been told by another GM dealership that I was not supposed to drive my car or park it in the cold without causing other problems. I passed all this information along when I had initially made the appointment, but it was all disregarded. After finally being able to get a loaner, I was called a week later letting me know that my car had not actually been fixed but I had to return the loaner ASAP. I was not informed when the parts would be in, and had to call another GM location to learn that the parts required were on back order.

Great to deal with

I called them they told me what they had send pictures of my truck they told me they give me this may be a little more I drove 2 hours well worth my trip great people to deal with ask for math

Great people to work with

Talk to Matt and sales great guy to deal with. They shot me a price over the phone said they could probably do better when I drove in I drove 2 hours was completely satisfied great people to deal with

Great buying experience on a new midsize SUV

Please ignore my one star posting on January 10, 2018 - this WAS AN ERROR, and it should have had an overall 5 Star rating. My apologies to the Mason City Buick GMC Cadillac dealership . Everyone at this dealership was excellent, from the sales staff to the financial manager. Justin was extremely thorough on walking us through the details of the vehicle and Luke was great on the handling of the financial aspects. It was fast and friendly service and I would definitely recommend you to visit this dealership when considering a vehicle purchase - thanks you very much!!!
