This dealership is the best! I've never worked with a friendlier car salesperson than Rachel Rye! We arrived at their dealership at 6:00 pm from Altoona, thinking they closed at 6:30 to find out they closed at 6:00. However, Rachel and her fellow employee stayed there with us till after 8:30 with absolutely no complaints and took super good care of us. The financing did not go through till the next day, so they had their drivers meet us half way with the cars and all the paperwork! Totally the best experience I have ever had with any car dealership - would definitely recommend Mason City Motors!

We were traveling and had a problem with GMC truck. It was late in the day, but the agent was able to get the truck in within an hour, did the diagnosis and had it fixed promptly so we could get back on the road. Very helpful service agent, and overall an excellent customer service experience.

The A/C compressor on my 2015 Sierra went out after just 3 months. Service department got me in fast. Finished the job quicker than expected and had everything working again in just a few hours. The GM side of the dealership is a bit dated. Especially with the brand new Nissan side next door. What they lack in shiny bells and whistles they more than make up for with friendly helpful staff.

This is the first time in a long time that I felt the Nissan service people appreciated me being there. With new ownership of the Nissan dealership, they have shown they want service visits to be as painless as possible.

I drove thru the lot at Mason City Buick to look at a couple SUV's after work on a Friday night. Met Rachel Rye, a sales person who was so cute, bubbly, and knowledgeable! She was able to answer all my questions. It was almost closing time and that didn't deter her from spending all the time I wanted to look and discuss a few different vehicles. I wasn't sure yet what I wanted and I had Rachel's email. I emailed her later and she was prompt and immediate in replying to each email and all of my questions. I love getting a new vehicle, but, I really dislike the car shopping process! Rachel made it a fun, easy, and smooth process! I've made a new friend thru the process! No games, no gimmicks! My husband and I knew what we were looking for. We did a search on cars.com and found a car with all the options I wanted loacted at Mason City Buick GMC Cadillac. I called them right away the next morning. I talked with Chad Breuer and explained my husband's hours and it would be 5 before we could get out there. Chad said that wouldn't be a problem and would have the car pulled up and ready for us to look/test drive. The minute I sat behind the drivers seat I knew that this was the car we were looking for. I knew they closed at 6 and anxiously wanted to leave with the car that night. Chad made it happen. Chad stayed along with Tony and Brian. This car was priced far below any of the other ones we found with all the options I wanted plus some. It also still had some factory warranty on it. It doesn't get any better than that. We had such a great buying experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Even after the sale I had a few questions and Chad got right back to me. I am now driving my dream car thanks to Chad.

I knew what I wanted and the had a great price on the vehicle and I got a great price on my trade-in. I will definitely return for my next car.

Since I knew what I wanted, I conducted a competitive on-line assessment primarily focused on achieving the lowest cost. I am so happy I found Mason City Motors (Buick, GMC, Cadillac). Not only did they give us a great price but they started and stayed there. Not haggling over price allowed us to focus on what we wanted and get the most for what we could afford. Mason City Motors honestly has a unique approach to selling cars and I would encourage any looking for a vehicle to give these guys a call. We traveled almost 300 miles one way to purchase a new GMC truck from Mason City and we are extremely satisfied with the overall experience. I was shopping for my son's first car. I found a couple of cars that fit my criteria via the Cars.com mobile app. The salesman we worked with didn't try to talk me up to more car or price than what I was looking for. When I let him know that we still needed to do some looking, he let me know that he would appeciate the opportunity to sell me one of the cars but understood our need to shop around. I greatly appreciated the non- pressured customer service and in the end, although there were other cars we could have looked at at other dealerships, this is what sold me on Mason City Buick GMC Cadillac. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family!
