My Hyundai had a recall. I called and made an appointment. When I went for my appointment I was greated in a very friendly manner. I was told that I would be taken care of within an hour and within and hour I was told that my car was ready and what other items had to be taken care of. I was told that the car had a small leak and he would check t see if it was covered under waranty. He told me that he would call me by the end of the day. I was called and told that this service was covered and that he would order the part and call me when the part came in to make an appointment. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Great Experience!

I am a single mom with a tight budget and have been in need of a new car for a while. My loyalty has always been to Toyota, until I realized that I could no longer afford to go down that road. After many conversations and research I decided to check into the Hyundai. Knowing that I would have to do this on my own and NOT feeling comfortable about the whole process, I was procrastinating for a while. Last week I finally decided to do some more checking online and spoke with Lindsay at Grappone Hyundai. She was extremely kind and very helpful on the phone and immediately made me feel at ease. When I went into Grappone yesterday (3/16/13) I was nervous, but knew I would be okay. Lindsay introduce me to Joe Orlando, who then took his time showing me everything I need and wanted to see. He was patient and extremely informative and at NO time did I feel like I was being conned or pressured into anything. They worked hard to get me an offer that I could comfortably fit into my budget. These wonderful people at Grappone took an very scary situation for someone like me in my position and turned it into one of the most liberating experiences I have encountered. Thank you Joe, Lindsay, Bill and Riley for making this a GREAT EXPERIENCE! Special thanks goes out to Joe Orlando. Whose knowledge, patience, and overall personality makes you feel like he cares more about your comfort then the almighty dollar! Thanks Joe!

Great service and a clean facility.

I was very satisfied by how quick they serviced my car. It was done in the time given about 1 hr and 30 mins. service employees treated me very well. They let me know everything that had been done and need to be done on my vehicle. Just all around a great and pleasent experince.

Smoothest, easiest car buying experience ever!!!!!

First experience with Grappone and it was fantastic. My salesman was very helpful, knowledgeable, and most important not pushy. I used other dealers who were located closer to my house, but not anymore. I will gladly drive a little further for this kind of service. I truely felt like the staff was sincerely trying to help me, and not just making a sale.

What an experience!

I have been in need for a "new to me" car for several years. Being a single mom, making ends meet can be a challenge. I was afraid to go to a dealership and be treated like a number and being taken advantage of. I didn't think anyone would take my strict budget too seriously. Needless to say, I was very nervous. From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated with respect and understanding for my needs. Kevin Mull and Riley Cavanaugh worked SO HARD to keep me exactly where I wanted to be. I am so thankful that they listened to me and did whatever they needed to do to make it happen for me. I went from being an owner of 1999 Toyota Camry to a 2007 Pontiac G6. I LOVE IT. I got a great deal and I am so pleased that they really went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and get a great car at an affordable price. I highly recommend this dealership and these people. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Far and away the Best in the business!!!

I have both purchased and had my Hyundais serviced at Grappone Hyundai for the last 4 years. I bought both of my Hyundais from Adham Darwish; and he is excellent to deal with. He answered all my questions before and during my purchases. he also has checked in to make sure I was satisfied with my purchases. I will continue to purchase all future vehicles from Adham and Grappone Hyundai. As far as service of my vehicles, the service department has always answered all my questions ,explained everything thoroughly before servicing the vehicle. They have treated me like a guest, and are all professional and excellent at what they do. Lee Mossey, the service Manager is the best in the industry. She has been extremely flexible in the past when I needed to get my vehicle serviced on short notice. She is is the ultimate professional, always is upbeat, and has treated my like a guest in her home. I always look forward to saying hi when I come in for service. I have been in management for 30 years, and I truly appreciate service excellence! That is what Grappone Hyundai provides.

Service Department the BEST!

Took 2010 Sonata in to have evaluation of problem with radio cutting out when back defroster was put on. Quickly evaluated. There was no code showing, but service personnel found cause of the problem within a very short wait time. We were given information that it was covered under our warranty and that the part would be ordered (a replacement back window) and we would receive call when part was delivered. Part came in and we were called and given an appointment for window replacement. Part was replaced, as promised. Both visits were pleasant experiences. We were always treated with courtesy and respect by Lee and other staff who are obviously very knowledgeable.
