This dealership is the best ever. I've purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership in the past couple of years. Joe Orlando just sold both my wife and I brand-new 2013 Hyundai Sonatas and we love them. Joe Orlando is a true professional and always takes time to assist us in any way necessary. I would also like to mention Lee Mossy the Service Manager. I refuse to have my vehicles serviced anywhere other than Grappone Hyundai and that is because of Lee Mossey's outstanding customer service and courteous attitude. Both Joe and Lee deserve to be commended for their dedication and professionalism it is because of them that I will only go to Grappone Hyundai for all of my vehicle needs.

Great experience every time
The service center is always extremely helpful, professional and friendly. They've often helped me out of a small jam on the way to or from work, and are equally wonderful with scheduled services. Big thanks to Lee and the whole staff.

Great people and service at Grappone
Grappone Hyundai is a great group to work with. I bought my Sonata 1 year ago and love it. I bought the maintenance package for oil change, tire rotations, etc. The process for bringing in the car is simple and easy. They automated system of reminding you of an appointment, or if you need to make adjustment to the time of the appointment, is very convenient. I travel extensively on the highways of New England and Canada, so having Grappone just off the I-93 in the Concord NH area is a bonus. The staff members, from the people in the service office to the the machanics, are all positive, professional and kind. Grappone has a great waiting area for me to use my computer to catch up on work with the free wi-fi. I'm very happy that I found Grappone Hyundai!

Good Customer Service
We have been using Grappone Hyundai for all of our major repairs for our 2004 Sonata and our 2008 Elantra ever since a local repair shop repeatedly replaced a part with a refurbished one. While we assumed the dealership would be more expensive, we hoped the repair would be quality. As it turns out, the parts and labor were comparable - and Grappone gave us a NEW, and functioning, part. The service manager, Lee, is excellent - no messing around, she tells it like it is. We feel we pay a reasonable price (no need to "haggle") for the repairs, and any time even a small mistake is made, she gets it taken care of. We've even been able to get a loaner car for multi-day repairs at no cost (just fuel) to us. This is the first time we've trusted a dealership to repair our cars, but we feel good, and trust that the car will run well after it leaves the shop.

Above and beyond
I recently purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata SE from the Grappone dealership in Concord. This was a somewhat unusual purchase for me as I was only midway through the term of my current vehicle. However, they made me an offer--as the saying goes--that I could not refuse. But what really impressed me was the trouble they took to find a red one. No one in New England would either part with one or had any left. They finally found one in Rochester, NY! They sent a man for a seven hour one-way trip to bring the vehicle they were exchanging to Rochester, he then spent the night on their dime and then drove my car back from Rochester the next day. Throughout the process, both Gary Guyer--my salesman--and Steve Burrill--the sales manager moved heaven and earth to make sure that I had exactly what I wanted. I have rarely experienced such over-the-top service and I would gladly send anyone looking for their next vehicle to the Grappone family of dealerships.

Great Dealership!
I love the Grappone family of dealerships and their Hyundai dealership in particular. From the buying experience two years ago (Elantra Limited), to my car's service from the time I picked up the car to my scheduled service yesterday, I have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone I've dealt with. Particular kudos go out to my sales rep, Gary Guyer, who still says "hello" to me (and remembers my name) every time I run into him; the service manager, Lee Mossey, who takes such great care of me and every customer I've ever heard her deal with; to Amanda Grappone, who doesn't just sit up in her office, but has great interaction with customers. This is a dealership that truly cares about its customers and wants to build a long term relationship, not just sell you a car and forget about you.

I recently purchased a 2012 Sonata from Grappone and was completely satisfied with my experience. Professional at all times, no bait and switch, no hassle, delivered the vehicle I wanted in 48 hours. Special shout out to Ashley Morse who could not have been easier or more responsive to work with, answering all my questions, completely, thoroughly and in a timely manner. Grappone is a great team to buy a Hyundai from. I recommend it highly.

I had a wonderful experience through the entire process...
I had a wonderful experience through the entire process of purchasing my 2012 Hyundai Accent. Leah, Grappone's Internet Sales Consultant, quickly responded to my online request for a quote. She was very knowledgeable and informative when I asked questions. Also, the price she quoted was awesome compared to other dealerships I had visited. Finally, Leah presents herself over the phone in a straightforward, no nonsense manner treating me with respect and dignity. Because of her, I had to see if the rest of the staff at Grappone had the same attitude towards the customer. Therefore, I could not wait the week for my appointment with Steve. So, I contacted him by phone. We discussed numbers for the Accent and they were aligned with what Leah had quoted. I decided to come to Grappone the following day. When I met with Steve he assigned me to Kevin. Kevin was awesome from start to finish. He listened to my needs, answered my questions thoroughly, and explained the features of the Accent to my satisfaction. Purchasing the Accent was easy. Everyone involved worked as a team to get me into the Accent as quickly as possible. Awesome customer service, teamwork, and prices!

Theresa was very helpful with the process of buying my 2012 hyundai Veloster. I am 22 years old and was making my first new car purchase, which I found to be stressful at times and Theresa kept me calm and told me they would be able to get me financed with the car I want. I didn't feel like it was going to be possible to get a new car and it was frustrating. I left the first day and she said she would be in touch with me when they found the financing for me with the car I want. I left the lot thinking that I was not going to be getting my new car. A day later she called me twice to reassure me that they were still finding the options for me and by the following day I left the Bow Hyundai with my brand new Veloster! Everything she said she would do she did and I left a very happy customer.
