First of all , they have a nice selection of pre-owned low mileage vehicles. I had been looking from a distance at the GMC Terrain and like the styling and options. I hadn't test driven one til I spotted one at Carlson. I went in, was greeted warmly by Michael, and he was the only one there at the time so he gave me the keys to go for a test drive. I liked the vehicle alot, but needed to think about it. He was not pushy in the least. He pinged me 2 days later and I was actually on my way to go see the him. I took it for another test drive, had concerns about the pulsing brakes, he said they would address it. I bought the car, by the way, it was immaculate inside and out, was priced fairly and they took my car in trade. The whole process only took about 1 1/2 hrs including applying for financing. I am very happy with my experience, they actually replaced the rear brakes and have been super helpful with questions I had on the vehicle ( first vehicle with screen where radio, nav, back up camera- all new to me). Oh and I couldn't reach the tailgate when open so they purchased a strap and mounted it for me! The best customer service going! Highly recommend!

Went here to check out one of their used cars. Very welcoming, friendly and professional staff. Immediately came out and greeted me with the keys to the car I was looking at on the lot. Car was clean and had been maintained. After driving the car the salesman wasn't pushy with me as I was still going to check out a few other cars at other dealers. Would recommend this dealer and staff as they are professional, personable and make you feel at home apposed to feeling like all they're after is your money. Ended up not buying here because the car was not equipped with the options I was looking for, but I would definitely go back!

I went up to look at a used truck at Carlson's and 3 hours later I was driving it home. They are very down to earth non-pushy sales and staff who got all the paperwork and car insurance done fast. They don't just sell you the car they will also do trade-ins and financing on the spot. I just couldn't belive how easy it was doing business with them. My salesman Michael was very helpful with financing me with plan that fit my budget. There was a problem with the brakes when I test drove my vehicle and they fixed it right away. I love my vehicle!

I went to Carlson's after finding the car I wanted on Cars.com. I met Jeff, my salesman as soon as I walked in the door and he could not have been nicer. His laid back and informative disposition made me feel like he was there to help me buy a car, not sell me one. The sales manager Mike was the same way, knowledgeable and helpful, especially when running through the numbers at the end. They even had coloring books and puzzles for my three young children to play with while my wife and I took turns test driving. I've gotten my inspections done at Carlson's for several years. They've never recommended an unneeded repair. They're honest with their assessment of what the car really needs and give me good feedback to help me decide what to do. If you do need repairs they don't pressure you to have them done there. Service reps are very easy to deal with, friendly, respectful. My car is nothing fancy but they've never treated me like I was unimportant. Highly recommend.

They are always very flexible in getting my vehicle in for service and finished in a quick and efficient time frame. This is important due to my very busy schedule. More important than that is the outstanding service I always receive and their honest and up front approach they maintain with what repairs I need for my vehicles and always ensuring I understand the problem and what needs to be done to fix it.
