Lieing salespeople, dishonorable actions

Poor experience, dealer sales team lied openly about the vehicles. Pain to deal with after the fact, cancelled the purchase. Do not shop here they will do their utmost to take your money whilst providing a minimum viable product.

Excellent Experience

I bought an Acadia from Dennis, he was so impressive! He never kept me waiting and had everything ready when I got there. No pressure, just help! He got me just what I needed for my trade in, and then Frank made everything else painless. Very courteous , excellent follow up to make sure I was happy. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Will certainly return for my next car.

Excellent Service

Needed multiple bulbs replaced, brake lights, etc. Cody, service rep, promised quick service and absolutely delivered. Completely satisfied with quality of work, price, and hospitality. No doubt I'd return to this dealer in the future.

Impreza

I am very impressed with the dealership and the sales agent! Everything was gone over in detail with the car and even set up my iPhone for me! The price I received for my Impreza was a good deal!

A blast

My sister and I purchased a 2002 Taurus with shockingly LOW miles from Joel and the crew. His name is Joel but he prefers to be called Joe! (with the exclamation mark) Every person we encountered was friendly and helpful and we honestly had a blast buying this car. How many dealerships can you say this about? They even cleaned and detailed a used car for us that was slated for wholesale! We can't say enough good ablout our experience and that is the truth.

Tale of two cars.

15 months ago I went to Wackerli to hopefully get a great deal on a Crosstrek. I want a car to get to trail heads. The wise sales and management, with absolutely no pressure, suggested a Forester a better fit. I was surprised that they were able to deal a car that met all my needs. What a great car, so much so, I decided to upscale, and I need another great deal to do this. Arriving at the dealership, the business manager personally suggested a deal on a loaded Forester that I was sure I couldnt afford. In concert with the business manager, finance manager and salesman we were able to strike the deal that far exceeded my expectations, and all the time they treated me like royalty. And the car is over the top performance in the greatest style.

Purchase of Subaru Crosstrek

WOW! AMAZING! BLOWN AWAY! These don't even begin to describe the fantastic experience I recently had at Wackerli Subaru. Shasta Howard, with the assistance of Angelo, were so professional and through. I have never owned a Subaru and I was coming from several Honda and Toyota vehicles. I am so in love with my new car that all I want to do is drive... all the time... everywhere! When Shasta had my car ready, it had a big red bow on the hood! I was in love! I opened the door to see a basket of red wine, cheese, crackers, and chocolates! I legitimately left like royalty! I live in Portland, Oregon and this dealership was referred to me as THE PLACE TO BUY A CAR. After working with Shasta over the phone and email, we were able to find the car for me. Shasta will work with you on everything. She stayed up late on nights to chat options with me, she crunched numbers with me too and to make sure that I was getting car within my budget that I would be happy with. She is a rock star and the entire team at Wackerli is amazing! The 11+ hour drive was absolutely worth it. If you want an amazing experience, buy a car from Wackerli and you will leave so happy and feeling like a million dollars! Thanks Shasta and the Wackerli Team!

Amazing Service

I cannot say enough about the level of customer service Wackerli Subau provides. My wife and I were traveling from N. Idaho to Tucson, AZ on January 30 in our 2016 Outback when we experienced a failure in our sunroof. We pulled into Wackerli Subaru about 4:30 that afternoon, and explained our problem. Their service personnel immediately took our car and provided us with temporary repairs (most dealers do not stock sunroof glass and frames) which enabled us to continue our trip. They also diagnosed the problem and indicted that the repair should be covered by our warranty (which is was). Excellent and caring service! The repairs were done quickly, even though we came in unannounced and near the end of their work day. We were so very impressed by everyone we interacted with at the dealership and found them to be welcoming and very professional. The service personnel provided us it's treats for our dog and water bottles for ourselves and did an amazing job! Thank you so much for your excellent service.

The best!

I took my Outback for a little needed service job. What got me in trouble was I asked Logan if Subaru made a six cylinder outback. He said I'll show you one and we ended up taking a test drive. I fell in love with the car. As it turns out, the car was in the dealers loner program and it would not be available for sale for several months. I really wanted that car. Logan kept me up to date on the loner. Finally we could test drive it again. Husband also loved it. So we bought it and Logan was so helpful throughout the entire process.and he continues to check on us if we had any questions.
