The most amazing, caring people I have ever experienced in a car dealer place. Welcoming and understanding. Will go above and beyond. I'm in awe of the customer service here. Love love love it!! Especially Darrelle in the maintenance but really everyone is awesome!!

Everyone was very friendly, helpful, patient, and genuinely concerned about what I was interested in. Absolutely no high pressure tactics. The buying experience was top notch. No complaints. Facility was clean and welcoming. This is my third car in 15 years from Showcase and as a family we have purchased six Mitsubishis. Love the cars and the service department is very accommodating and I believe honest and up front. We're fortunate to have Showcase in our town.

My Outlander needed a new transmission which is very hard to find. Darrel in service went above and beyond to help me get a new transmission at the cost I could afford. Thank you, you are awesome.

We just purchased a Mitsubishi Mirage several weeks ago from this dealership. Throughout the whole buying process we were treated with respect and full attention was given to all of our questions and needs. Mind you, we didn’t purchasing the most expensive vehicle there, but we were still treated with respect even though we were buying a used car. We weren’t pressured to buy a more expensive vehicle, or a pricey service warranty. When we came back a week or two later with a few small issues (a stone nick on the windshield and worn wipers), they paid for both! Our salesperson, Ruthie, was wonderful, and Andy was very visible and present on the sales floor and throughout the dealership. While I was waiting at the windshield repair shop, I chatted with the man who serviced our vehicle. I expressed surprise when he told me the cost was covered by the dealership. He said he has worked with them for years, and really liked them all. He said Andy was a great guy to do business with. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here.

I really appreciated the customer service and quality of the autos Showcase has. My buying experience was hands-down, the best one I've had at any dealership. Pleasant and attentive without being pushy. Ruthy was so great to work with and every one was helpful and the whole purchasing process was easy (I was prequalified for a loan, which helps). We worked through a small glitch without an issue. How many owners of dealerships are right out with the rest of the staff to help like at Showcase? I don't know, but it sure impressed me to get that knowledge and attention. I have confidence that my CPO Outlander is just what I wanted.

Me and the husband were passing by and decided to look through the lot after hours, a nice man came out to talk to us and apologized that everyone was gone but he showed us his personal vehicle inside and out and gave us ruthys business card to call when they opened. Gave her a call and she drove the vehicle out to me to let me test drive the vehicle on my lunch hour at work!! Then found out the nice gentleman was the OWNER that was so nice to us after hours showing us his vehicle!! Everyone there was sooo nice we ended up purchasing a vehicle from them and would definitely go back!! Highly recommend, great customer service 😊
