You must go to Showcase and visit with Kevin and Andy! These guys are outstanding. They make things super easy and follow up. We were looking for an inexpensive car for our son. They sold us an 11 year old Ford Fusion. Kevin set up a delivery date. We dreaded going because we figured it would be a 2 hour ordeal because nothing would be ready. We pulled up, the Fusion was sitting out front. Detailed inside and out as if it was a new car. Full tank of gas too. We walked in. They had all the paperwork ready and copies of our insurance. They took us to the office, we signed papers and were out the door within 15 minutes. Kevin called the next day to make sure everything was ok and checked in a month later. Andy also followed up with us and said don't hesitate to call if we need anything. I would have thought we were buying a brand new car. The are just genuinely nice to work with. Highly recommended!

The Outlander is a great ride. I would recommend this vehicle to all my friends. The salesman Dan took extra time to show me all the options on my Outlander and made sure I understood how everything work.

Kevin was very courteous and helpful for my purchase of my new Outlander Sport. He made sure that he answered all of my questions. Quite possibly the most enjoyable car shopping experience ever. Easy to talk with, no pressure and very informative. Very flexible and willingness to hunt for the exact car we were looking for, even though they did not have it on their lot. I have driven a 1998 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder for many years which I enjoyed so much that I began looking for a replacement online. I came across an ad from Showcase Mitsubishi about a 2003 Spyder trade-in that was in mint condition after being traded in by a 70 year old gentleman. The video ad made clear what a treasure and special find this vehicle was. I bought it sight unseen and then worked with Kevin for several weeks to get the paperwork done for an out of state purchase and transfer. I could not ask for better communications or support by Kevin and the entire staff to make such a painless online purchase. The car is in my garage now and every single claim made by Showcase Mitsubishi about my purchase was absolutely correct. I could not have asked for a better experience. Our salesman Kevin was the most courteous dealer I have ever dealt with. We drove two hours to look at a specific vehicle and Kevin had it all cleaned up sitting inside waiting for us and being it was less than 10 degrees out was huge and at no time did we ever feel pressured into purchasing this vehicle. They actually went out of their way to change something to make us completely satisfied with the vehicle and it didn't effect the price! This is the dealership all others should take a note from.
