Showcase Mitsubishi

I went to Bay City, MI dealership. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I took my family there and they greeted us in with warm an positive energy. They offered my kids a spot in there waiting room with pop and cartoons. We had Ruthy, Scott, and Kevin assist us on getting in a new car. They were more than great if there was 10 stars I would give them 15. They made the car buying experience 100% pleasant and 0% painful. Scott went out of his way to get is a lower interest rate. I would definitely go back to them and I also plan on it... When we purchase our next car. Thank you Ruthy, Scott, and Kevin you guys set the bar for other dealerships. Keep up the great work.

I was helped by James and it was a great experience from start to finish. This is a small family type dealership. There?s not an army of salespeople waiting to bombard you. It?s just a few people who care about what they do and are very knowledgeable. I was offered something to drink 6 times by 3 different people. They are no pressure, no hassle and very helpful. I would definitely buy a car from Showcase again in the future.

I have been working with Showcase Mitsubishi for 10 years now. I just leased a new Outlander GT in October 2016. Working with Kevin was a great experience. Even though there was a "few hiccups" along the way he was always a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable about the Outlander and made it fun learning about all the "extras"the GT came with. If you want a great buying experience go to Showcase Mitsubishi and ask for "Kevin" !!!

Kevin was my salesperson. He was happy to help me. He was very thorough and patient. Before I left he got in the car and synced my phone and showed me all of the car's functions. I have called him in follow with a few questions and requests and he has been extremely prompt and responsive. I very happy with my purchase and his help.
