Everything went well and all of the people I dealt with were helpful and friendly. I have yet to determine if the repairs on the sunroof are a 5-star rating as there has been no rain and I havent been to the car wash, but everything points to a job well done.

Appreciated courteous efficient people. Ford Motor Company has taken a very long time in getting the parts out to their dealers even though they kept bugging me about getting it done. Lithia was prompt in getting me scheduled after they finally received the parts.

I left my pickup for service the night before. Lithia confirmed they had my truck the next morning. They called four hours later and said the warranty work was completed. They also checked to see if other warranty work was required. Overall, seamless and easy for me!
