I was the I was treated when dropping off my vehicle and when I picked it up. the shuttle drivers where polite and enjoyable to talk with. Zach was very good and explained everything to me about the repair required for my vehicle.

Lisa Crabtree is my Service Advisor and I am really glad that she is. She always makes sure that I get the best service possible. If I need to bring either of my vehicles back for additional adjustments Lisa always makes sure that everything gets taken care of. I never gt hassled about anything. She is the main reason that I bring my Ford Bronco and Ford Windstar to Lithia ford whenever I need them worked on. I had my 81 Ford Bronco worked on recently and it now runs as good as it ever did.
