Easy to work with!!

I recently purchased a pre-owned Ford Edge from Stephanie. Stephanie was such a pleasure to work with. She has the vehicle ready to go the moment I stopped in, appraised my trade-in right on the spot, and got everything over to the finance team once I gave her green-light. Ed, in finance, was also very easy to work with. He had paperwork ready to go the next day I came to pickup the vehicle. The entire experience was great. Highly recommend both Stephanie and Ed.

Uninterested in selling cars

I have driven 3 hours twice now to purchase a Mustang from this dealership. The first time the fella seemed uninterested in my business so I chalked it up to one sales person. The second time, this past Friday, I negotiated the price over email, filled out the online application at 1 in the afternoon. When i arrived at 530, took the car for a short 10 minute test drive and then sat down with the fiance guy, Ed, expecting to purchase and take the car home, he hadn't started my financing and didn't want to try to do my financing at 6 pm on a Friday. Asked if I wanted to take delivery next Wednesday or Thursday? We agreed on Monday and they let us walk out the door without the car that I was prepared to buy and had brought $8500 cash with me for the down payment. I have fantastic credit and I'm aware of lots of dealerships that work with banks well into the evening closer to home. This morning I called and asked them not to run my credit because I would not be back. The lady who answered the phone said ok and hung up. No one has called me to follow up all day and see why. I am dumbfounded. My brother in law is in the car business and when we relayed the story to him he said he would fire both the salesperson and the finance guy. Maybe when your last name is on the dealership it doesn't matter what you do? Even if they didn't want to do the work, they could have locked me into this car by letting me take it home for the weekend. Needless to say I want to feel good about my new car and I don't think I would buying it from this dealership. It would always have that lame customer service memory looming in the background of my mind distracting from my awesome new car. So, back to the drawing board for me. I'm not sure I will be buying a Ford now or not but definitely not from this dealership.

Streamlined and stress free

Brought a truck from Stephanie, she made the process simple and stress free. I enjoyed working with them and I love my truck. Would do business them again.

Great

I had a great experience and everything went acordding to plan. The financing went very smooth and the salesman had the truck all gassed up and ready to drive away

Great experience!

Everyone at Mike Burkart Ford was super helpful and friendly. We were able to find the exact car we needed without feeling pressured to purchase and the entire process was easy. We were purchasing from out of state and Jack was great about sending us additional pictures of different vehicles to make sure we could pick out the perfect one.

Excellent purchasing experience!

We found the vehicle we were looking for online and traveled to Plymouth to check it out on a Saturday. Jack was very friendly and accommodating even though he was quite busy. We were able to test drive and decided to purchase. We the worked with Ed on financing. It was late in the day, but submitted our paperwork and kept in touch on Monday to get the deal done. We were the able to pick up our Edge on Tuesday evening and they both stayed a little late to get us set up in the vehicle. I would definitely recommend both Jack and Ed. Customer service is really where they excel. It was an overall enjoyable experience and when I need another vehicle, I will return to them for help.

Simple and no hassle

No pressure and great finance offers. Was able to come in when it was convinient for me. Looking forward to another new vehicle very soon.

Great Experience

I had a great experience leasing my first Ford at Mike Burkart Ford. Very busy place as had to wait for a sales person to become available. I would highly recommend Mike Burkart Ford for their knowledgeable, informed, friendly, and dedicated staff!

Great experience

Stephanie Burkart is a great salesperson. Worked well with us. We were there looking at a few different vehicles. Very patient and very polite. It was the nite before Christmas eve.
