I blew a tire on the highway with my new truck onl

I blew a tire on the highway with my new truck only 6k miles on the tires, so I brought the tire in and I was told Cad the service guy was going to talk with parts dept to see if they could contact Goodyear to see if they would cover it. The tire sat there for exactly 5days and no one did anything with it. so I had to purchase the tire at a tire store for 265.00 and that's no customer service at all I had to drive on the spare for 11 days which I drive 120 miles a day on the highway, but bergstrom didn't care one bit. and when I blew the tire I pushed the button to call on-star and the on-star personal told me they couldn't help me cuz the truck didn't come back to me, in which I bought this brand new so how could that be. very disappointed in this dealership from the service dept to the sales dept. will never have anything good to say about this place ever, social media will help me with this DONE

BERGSTROMS TERRIBE SERVICE TEAM!!!! READ THIS!

I have a 2007 Chevy Silverado and i came in about 3 months ago yo have Transmission lines and CV Axle seals done on my truck. Since it has become colder my transmission has started acting a little funny. Long story short it has about 6 QUARTS of Transmission fluid overfilled (estimsted guess) BUT it is 3times where it was supposed to be. So i call the dealer back and they told me they will just bring it through the Express lube because out TECHNICIANS arent gonna wanna waste their time on and and arent going to get payed for it. WOW. NEVER RECOMMEND BERGSTROM TO ANYONE and something better be done about this!

over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation isnt satisfactory for me

Great Experience during Purchase of my Silverado

I am 68 years old and have bought many cars including several brand new ones since my first car buying experience at 13 years old. My experience with Mike Henke and the rest of the Bergstrom team that works with him was more than excellent. When I took the test drive Mike accompanied me and directed me on a route that contained many different road surfaces, curves, and grade changes so that I could appreciate all of the features of the Silverado. He had me brake hard and accelerate quickly which gave me a good idea about those features of the truck also. My test drive of a Ford F150 was nowhere near the test drive Mike took me on. I still would have bought the Silverado because it out performed the F150 but I felt Mike showed me all of the features of the Silverado that are better than Ford's.

Great service!

I brought in a 2008 Saturn Outlook that I recently purchased from your dealership. The service department took care of a problem that I noticed a week after the purchase, for no charge. They set up an appointment that allowed me to borrow one of their vehicles for the day. I was very happy with the friendliness of the service staff.

horrible

I have a 2010 traverse and when I got it from the lot I herd a noise the sales lady said it was normal,I said okay. Got it home found out in the long run I need a whole new front in, also I haven't even had it a year and my timing chain is going out, theirs a lot of recalls on my my suv. My power steering is gonna need done soon, when you go to buy something you want it to be save on the road not have to worry about breaking down right away. After paying that kind of money. I have to get front tire care of the front end being bad. Car dealers need to watch what they sell before it goes out on the line. I have kids to think about. I got your car from 199ride.com and took out extra coverage on it but some stuff isn't covered and I'm not happy when I thought I had a safe ride. My mechanic said that's why the other people traded it in, but the car dealer never fixed any of it before reselling it.

Great Job by Bergstrom GM and Brian Chicoine

I recently leased a 2015 GMC Terrain. I would not be more pleased with the experience. This is the 3rd vehicle I've bought/leased from Bergstrom and Brian Chicoine. He is a fantastic salesman and a great asset to the Bergstrom team. I can't imagine shopping anywhere else.

Excellent work on recall of Malibu for steering.

My car maintenance for recall of Malibu 2004 was done. The work sheet had all information of the work done and parts replaced and trial taken after repairs. I got oil change, wiper blade and replaced air filter. It took 2 hours for this repairs.

Repairs - just passed the expired warranty time

I can't say enough on how you stand by your customer! Thank you thank you for assisting me through this stressful ordeal Chad. GM and Bergstroms came through for the little guy and stood by and "did the right thing". It's always a pleasure doing business with you but this time was stellar, top notch service and follow through (and I got my car washed this time too!) Thank you. 5* rating for Chad as well.
