First oil change and trip to Florida
leased 2014 Edge, Dick Wheeler, Canadian Lakes Drove here to Orlando last week and got 24 mpg on nearly every tank to 28 mpg on one tank! Wish I could recall what brand of gasoline that 28 mpg was on!! Babb staff is very, very friendly and helpful. Thanks!

Excellent Service
I purchased a 2014 Ford Flex from Babb Ford. The buying experience was fantastic, and I enjoy working with Jeff Babb very much. Jeff exemplifies the customer service you expect in a small town. The facility is a bit dated, but you aren't buying their office!

Great used vehicles
The service member was very efficient. I do have a problem with a past service issue on my 2001 Ford Ranger, the vehicle is having problems now since the work was done last on it and I do hope we can get this resolved since this vehicle has been excellent until now. The work I had done on my 2012 Jeep Liberty was done quickly and very efficiently and the gasket that had become loose was fixed also at no cost to me. I have recommended Jeff Babb as a great guy to work with, and have also referred my family and friends to your dealership for new and quality used cars and trucks as well as great service too.

I LEASED ANOTHER F-150 FROM BABB FORD IN REED CITY. THE ENTIRE STAFF WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. THE ADDED OPTIONS WERE TAKEN CARE OF WITHOUT ISSUE AND MY CO-WORKERS WERE VERY IMPRESSED WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT MY SALES PERSON TOOK CARE OF ALL THE DETAILS AND HAD IT DELIVERED TO ME IN A TIMELY MANNER.
