excellent repair service caused me to buy a new Edge...

I brought a California 2008 Hybrid Escape to them in 2009 and they kept her going for 126,000 miles when I decided to trade her in. So I bought an Edge with just enough technology to keep me interested for 8-10 years!

Laura Russell did an excellent job. She kept me informed of the progress of my F-150 order. The day of the purchase she reviewed the features of the vehicle,set up the SYNC and made sure any and all of my questions were answered. She has followed up with a phone call to see if I have any qustions and if things were going well. The finance Dept. was informative and clear.

Service disception. They attempt to sell people a service t

They attempted to Sell me a service that they later admitted was not needed. There is a safety recall on the brake master cylinder on my vehicle but I can't get a true story as to when it can be done. I know automobiles , so can't be fooled, but the continue to try to do so.

Auto lease

Excellent experience with this dealership (2nd time I have dealt with them). Sales person was professional, courteous, friendly and obviously experienced. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Appropriate recommendations were made that helped in my decision to obtain vehicle. Other individuals (finance) were also professional, courteous and friendly. Absolutely pleased with the vehicle I obtained. If you want a Ford this is the dealership to deal with.
