Jeff was excellent to work with, he made the process

Jeff was excellent to work with, he made the process easy. The service department is also very helpful which is one of the major reasons I choose Wiscasset Ford.

My experience with the dealership was excellent.

My experience with the dealership was excellent. They have a large inventory of vehicles to choose from. When I arrived, all of the salespeople were busy with other customers, however they allowed me to test drive the vehicle I was interested in and take it to lunch while the sale floor cleared. The purchasing process was excellent with all staff being accommodating, professional, and kind through the entire process. I like that their vehicles are priced right to begin with and that the process is streamlined in a way that does not waste time - other dealers tend to drag out the bottom line with many visits to the sales manager to work the best deal when they know at the onset if they can meet the bottom line deal. My salesperson, Jeff Allen, made this experience easy and seamless. I would definitely recommend Wiscasset Ford to friends and family based on my experience with them.

My first experience at wiscassett Ford was good until 8

My first experience at wiscassett Ford was good until 8 months later the sensors started going crazy. Found out it was caused my a leak around the taillight, which alone costs $2500. It also needs a new silanod and harness plus labor and Wiscassett Ford will not cover anything!! Looking back on the previous services on my truck and found that it had been in for electrical 3 different times before I bought it. Wiscassett Ford knew about this and they sold it to me anyway. And they advertised this truck as Certified Gold. NOT!!! I will never do business with Wiscassett Ford again and urge others to do the same!!!!

My first experience with wiscasset ford was good.

My first experience with wiscasset ford was good. But 8 months later all the sensors were going off when not needed and it is caused by a leak in my back taillight that alone costs $2500. And that is not including the silence and harness. And Ford will.not cover anything!!!! I got a raw deal from these people. Looking back on the service for my truck and it had been in for electrical problems three times before I bought it. And I believe wiscassett Ford knew about the problem when they sold the truck to me. I will never do.business with them.again and I urge others to do the same.

I've dealt with Wiscasset Ford for quite a few years.

I've dealt with Wiscasset Ford for quite a few years. I've seen ownership change. Like any car dealership, they evolve. I originally knew Wiscasset Ford to be a grounded professional business which would do whatever it would take to earn your business and to make sure the customer walked away satisfied. I purchased a new F350 from Wiscasset Ford a few weeks

I purchased a new F350 from Wiscasset Ford a few weeks ago and the process was painless. Tim Martin worked with me through out the process and continued to assist me weeks later to schedule the undercoating service As well. I had a very positive experience and will be going to wiscasset Ford for years to come.

Haven't selected and purchased a car since 2008.

Haven't selected and purchased a car since 2008. Kaylee was enthusiastic and so knowledgeable. It was a cash transaction for me, but my BF was in the market for a Ranger, and he purchased at the same time. We knew exactly what we needed to do at all times. Can't say enough about the whole experience.

Overall the process went well.

Overall the process went well. After making an appointment to look at a certain vehicle, I arrived at the dealership to find the vehicle sitting on the lot covered in dust with a dead battery. It took a couple of hours to get the battery replaced so that I could test drive the unit. It drove well, so I traded my old vehicle for it. After driving it home I realized the heated steering wheel was not working. The dealer was good in getting it repaired & delivered to me.

Horrible!

Horrible!! Bad experience which included a complete waste of my time and was lied to!!!!! I was in the market for two vehicles and i will NEVER do biz with this dealership!!!!
