As a business owner myself, I'm ultra-conscious of the quality of service I receive as a customer. If I were to list the 3 companies with whom I do business that impress me the most, they would be: Uline Nordstrom Mercedes of Bend I'm always met with a smile, they make me feel like I'm the reason for them being there rather than a distraction, they offer me a ride to work while they work on my car, they spend just the right amount of time showing me things that could be done for maintenance without pressuring me. Yesterday when I brought my car in for an oil change for example I had just driven over the mountain- my car's exterior was filthy They offered me a ride to my office, and when I came back to pick up the car- it SHINED! And they vacuumed the interior. All that extra service, for an oil change! I cannot express enough how impressed I am with everybody at my local Mercedes dealership in Bend, OR. Friendly, knowledgeable , and accomodating
My battery died after 7 months away and they sent a tech to my home with a battery and installed it right there. Not an easy task as it is buried in a box under the passenger seat. Great personal service :)

The Full Mercedes-Benz Experience
I could not be happier with the service I received from Kendall Mercedes-Benz of Bend. I received the full attention of the dealership from Hamlet the Sales Consultant, Pete the Finance Manager and Jennifer the General Sales Manager. Hamlet listened to my needs and my wants. Jennifer worked the numbers so that I could keep more cash in my pocket, and Pete was happy to answer every question I had. I leased a brand new 2015 GLA250 4MATIC and it is perfect. Thanks to Mercedes-Benz of Bend, I got a nicer vehicle, with a ton more equipment than the vehicle I was supposed to pick up in Medford the Monday after I purchased my Mercedes-Benz. I will be a long time Mercedes-Benz customer, and I will never shop anywhere else as long as I live in Central Oregon. Also, the courtesy washes are one of my favorite parts! Since I purchased the vehicle from Kendall Mercedes-Benz, they will hand wash my Mercedes, inside and out, anytime I want. M-F by Appointment, and Saturday/Sunday first come first serve.

Treated like a King
I brought in my old Mercedes for an oil change. They were $60 less than the corner mechanic I used to go to. While my 2000 ML320 is probably worth no more than $4000, I received exemplary service along side patrons servicing MB's worth 20x+ my little hoopty; which by the way runs and drives wonderfully. Shane was my Service Writer: very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Micah in the parts department personally installed a $4 part while I waited for the car to be washed after service.

The service rep greeded me with my paper work ready and in a friendly manner. They got to work on my car right a way. The waiting area was clean and confortable. The rep went over the work that was done and answered all my questions, It was a very positive experience.
