Other than the hole in our savings for the unexpected new tires the service was very good! was also given a loner for just the couple of hour wait for the tires to be installed so we were able to do our shopping while the car was finished.

I've been buying vehicles from Ford and getting them serviced at Ford dealership for over 20 years. The service department and the salesman have treated me like a king and my problems are their problems.

Correct diagnosis. Van runs fine.
Although I was skeptical about the problem with my van, your diagnosis was correct. The van has run without problems since it was repaired, including our trip to Florida and back. I wanted to see how it ran for our trip before I completed the survey. My only problem is that the dealer prices for repairs are much higher than good, independent, repair shops.
