Great Customer Experience

My power steering failed, and after I restarted my car the power steering returned. Because I had a three hour ride back to my home, I asked the people at Quirk to check my car to see if it was safe to drive. They determined that I had missed a recall related to power steering. They applied the recall fix and had me on my way three hours later with no charge to me. My best dealer experience yet

Quick repair

I had a problem with my vent blower control. It was replaced and works fine again.

Satisfied customer

When I got home and took my snow tires out of the back of my 2014 Ford Focus, I discovered the narrower of the back seats would not lock in place. I called and explained and was invited back to have someone assist. Apparently the catch had somehow gotten out of whack, but it was quickly fixed at no charge and all is well.

Great service

Quirk ford made buying my new f150 easy as sign and drive. I called and told them what I wanted and within a hour I received a call. They nailed it the truck was perfect and the payment was lower then any other dealer around. My experience at quirk is the reason I will always go back.
