I can't begin to tell how much we pestered Alex, Rick and the detail department at the Sleepy Eye location. These guys went out of their way to please me and my husband. I had a few complaints about the pickup we were looking at and they all went above and beyond to make sure it was up to my satisfaction, which is hard to do....ask my husband ;) They buffed and polished the "new to us" F150 till it looked new. The day we were to pick it up, I noticed a crack in the brake light cover. They immediately replaced it so we didn't have to drive back the 2 hr round trip. Alex was great, I asked so many questions that he ended up doing a lot of research and asked others to make sure he got the correct answer for me. Even now, after 3 weeks of owning the F150, I am still emailing him questions which he takes time to answer for me. We went ELSEWHERE (SD) 3 years ago for another car and the second that we were off the lot, even though I had questions, we never heard anything from the sales rep ever again. Chuck Spaeth Ford is so different, friendly and awesome when it comes to customer service. We have already warned Alex that we will be coming back to him for our next vehicle.
