Just great service. We just bought (leased) our second vehicle with Chuck Spaeth Ford New Ulm. They try to minimize the time we will spend in the dealership the day of, they always have all the paperwork ready to go, and the car all cleaned and ready to go. The sales and financing staff spends tons of time with me by email or text everytime I as for some different scenario of numbers or makes/models, so I always all the info I need before the transaction happpens. Really can’t say enough good things about these folks! We will continue to lease vehicles here as long as we can!

Chuck Spaeth Ford was a top-notch place to trade up our truck. In the past we have always dreaded trading any vehicle, due to the fact they always pressure you into other gimmicks after you have decided to buy a vehicle. At Chuck Spaeth Ford, they offered extended warranties etc. but didn't push it once you said no. Also, the salesman, Al, was super knowledgeable and easy to work with. It was like the entire staff at Chuck Spaeth Ford had taken extensive training in customer service! This was very pleasant to experience, considering how some businesses operate today.
