In June of 2018 I took my 2014 Cadillac to the service department because the touch screen stopped working in my car. They wanted to charge me $97 to confirm that the radio needed to be replaced and an additional $1400 to $1800 to replace the entire radio with a refurbished unit that comes with a 6 mth/12,000 mile warranty. They claimed it was not possible to replace just the screen. I did my own research, bought a replacement screen online for $159 and fixed it myself in about 2 hours. Today I picked up my vehicle and they damaged the rim covers while removing the wheels to replace my tires. They immediately informed me, which I appreciated, but when it was all said and done, my total discount for leaving the dealer with my rim covers in my trunk... $8 on nearly an $800 bill. I will no longer be going to this dealer for anything and I strongly recommend everyone reading this do the same. It's worth the extra driving distance and time to make sure you are dealing with a business that offers good customer service.

Do not buy a car from here
I bought a $14,950 Cadillac SRX from them 3 months ago. Three days after I bought it, I had to travel to Milwaukee for work. My husband looked it over And discovered the vehicle was almost out of transmission oil. With this being a Cadillac, no local places in Wisconsin Rapids sold this type of oil. Then 2 weeks later the battery died. Then 2 weeks after that the stabilitrack broke. Then a few weeks later the all wheel drive broke. Now the sun roof leaked. Flooded the whole back left of the suv. Soaking the leather seats, roof, and floor. Causing mult Electrical issues including the rear back up camera sensor, the rear airbags, and now the electronic back hatch will not open and there is no other way to open the back hatch. Contacted my insurance company and the vehicle is being totaled after less than 2 1/2 months of owning this vehicle on a newer vehicle loan.

Friendly, customer oriented people, salesman Ryan Billo very helpful, patient, knowledgeable, just very good at what he does! We have purchased vehicles from Len Dudas before and we always come back. Mike Peterson from business office also very good to work with. Will shop here again some day.

Not impressed
Disappointed. Looking for decent work car which they had. Salesman had to run hide behind wall to negotiate price, ended up about$100 below sticker price. He kept telling me they "traded up with previous owner., We are losing money". Personal I don't care. Just wanted decent price. Ended up with same model car, 1 year newer, less miles, $600 cheaper, at a different dealership without hiding with his boss to negotiate. To bad, I bought a car here in the past and location is convenient , But they just seem to be after big profits now.
