As a woman buying a car, they were very helpful.
As a woman buying a car, they were very helpful. They let us drive it to my friend's mechanic and have him look at it. They took the price of brakes off the sale price. After the fact, there was a hole in the windshield. We got it fixed and they said they would cut a check to my friend after they received a copy of the bill. We are more than happy!

A lesson on rocks… I work hard.
A lesson on rocks… I work hard. I’ve built a successful business. I’m proud of my family and my accomplishments, and this truck. I’m rock solid. Purchased new off the lot at Williams Chevrolet in Traverse City, this truck serves as a daily reminder that hard work, integrity, quality work, and dedication to customers will carry you to the finish line. In less than three years of owning this victory red chariot, I returned to Williams Chevy service knowing the valve body was bad—but what I was sold instead was a fixed transmission. “If anything goes wrong, we’ll fix it just bring it back”. Now, only a few short months later, the truck again needs a transmission—according to service and they will not honor their word. As a business owner myself, your word and workmanship is your business card. Well, as you can imagine, the notoriously poor service at Williams Chevrolet has proven that integrity and respect for their customers is not a beacon of their business model. Rather than being men of dignity, the team at Williams is driven by greed, ego, xxxx poor craftsmanship, and frankly a dangerous combination of lazy and stupid. Let me be clear, this is an experience of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, not a truck built by a wonderful American company Chevrolet. It’s no secret that in Traverse City Michigan, Williams Chevrolet is known to be the bottom of the barrel in the way of quality experience, something I took into consideration—for such a beautiful vehicle—but it’s clear to me that tolerance and integrity do not go hand in hand. If you’ve experienced this companies abysmal service, please share this post and comment below…Chevrolet this company sinks your brand, “like a rock”.

I had my 2022 Sierra AT4 6.
I had my 2022 Sierra AT4 6.2 here due to spun rod bearings back in September 2023. There was a huge delay on parts which was GM's fault, not William's Chevrolet however, when the engine was finally rebuilt and the truck shipped back to me in February of 2024, the amount of dents, scratches and scrapes was ridiculous. The truck looked like it was hit with golf xxxxx on the hood and driven down a chain link fence. The truck had been ceramic coated and was flawless prior to visiting Williams Chevy. I contacted Mike Koorn in service as well as GM, Paul Chauvette regarding this issue but neither was interested in responding to me regarding the issue. it wasn't until I got my attorney involved that I received a response from Mike in service. He told me he'd talk to Paul and respond within 48 hours regarding fixing and having the truck repainted. I never heard back of course and the only reason I haven't filed suit against them is because I was able to polish many of the scratches out and traded in it for a new truck at a local dealer in Grand Rapids. Bottom Line: if you value your vehicle, avoid this place like the plague. They will destroy your property without a second thought and ignore you when you call them out on it.

I recently had service done, oil change, fuel filter
I recently had service done, oil change, fuel filter replacement, key and fob reprogramed. When I got to my vehicle after they were finished, I found greasy fingerprints all over the outside and inside of truck. I had to go back inside and complain. Not happy with attention to detail.

They tried to charge me a $5 fee for parts on a tire
They tried to charge me a $5 fee for parts on a tire rotation, and what I was told would be a free inspection. I never got the inspection report. When I asked about the $5, I was told there were no parts required, but everybody gets a charge added on to pay for things like "wear and tear on sockets"!!!! Why not just tell me you're ripping everybody off with a hidden charge that no other car dealer would add in? In the end the charge was removed, but I was warned it would be there again the next time I get service. Beyond that, I found out that the free first service visit (to include tire rotation) expired a few weeks ago, when my first year of ownership ended. For a Bolt SUV, I feel this one year limit should be extended because there is so little scheduled maintenace required.

Unethical behavior for sure.
Unethical behavior for sure. After confirming the Traverse I was going to purchase was available I made a full price offer it was agreed supplied all of my info and than they called back and said the vehicle needed a transmissions and of course had no idea when it would be repaired but once it was the vehicle would be re-priced. Tried to sell my other vehicles instead.

I bought a new truck from Williams.
I bought a new truck from Williams. I did not walk around and look for damage. I went only 1 place meijer. When I got home to unload groceries I noticed fender damage. Thinking it happened there I made a police report and had them look at footage. Not done there. Lucky for me I had salesperson take a picture of me and truck at dealership and thank god it was in front of damage.i didnt notice till I enlarged picture that dent was there even b4 I sat in truck. Williams did fix damage they installed new fender. If I hadn't had that picture I'd be screwed. To get fixed I drove there 3 times over 50 miles each way.it really took the fun out of getting a new vehicle away .SO BE CAREFUL. Ps.dont tell me to call anyone I won't
