Do not trust.

Do not trust. I had been communicating with this dealership all day. We agreed on an appointment time the next morning for me to go in and look at it. Suddenly the price of the vehicle went up. I guess it was my fault I still bought it. I would have been fine if I wasn't completely ignored after I bought it. I've called 5 times in the last four days with no response. I have simple questions. He said to call if I needed anything. Guess it's my fault for assuming he would answer.

Williams Chevrolet earned my recommendation

Williams auto Max and Traverse City is where I found my truck. I lowered my payment and also paid my truck off by trading it in with no negative equity. Cody and Andy were more than helpful and even called my credit union to get my pay off and called my insurance company helping me to get a proof of insurance.

Randy in the Service Department was outstanding.

Randy in the Service Department was outstanding. He assessed our Silverado issues and provided same day service which saved our last two days of vacation enabling us to get home to Wyandotte Michigan safely with our boat. A thousand times Thank You to all the Williams Chevrolet service employees.

Horrible customer service they do not do what is right

Horrible customer service they do not do what is right for the customer they are arrogant and all is worried about is money they do not care about making a customer happy in the least worst experience ever

Warning

Warning!! Their idea of a thorough inspection is driving around the block and if it runs and stops it is considered a quality car. 1 month later all you breaks will need to be replaced. They will not even give you a deal on repairs. Then they will tell you they always recommend taking car to a reputable mechanic to inspect car. SHADY SHADY BUSINESS. GO ANYWHERE BUT THERE. CON ARTISTS

Terrible customer service and repair experience

Terrible customer service and repair. I drove my truck in for repair and had to take it out of Williams on roll off because it wasn't running anymore! I refused to let them wreck my vehicle any more than they already had! Purchased vehicle with extended warranty from Williams. Took vehicle back 8 months later for a 4wd issue, of course it wasn't under warranty. While scanning on the computer, they found that a glow plug was bad, so I gave them the ok to fix the glow plug. In the process of trying to fix the glow plug, they broke it off in the head and couldn't get it out. So they tried to drill it out and didn't do it properly and drilled into the head. Then, they told me I would have to pay thousands of dollars to fix the head, which they broke in the first place! The service department had the vehicle for a total of 52 days. I had to take the truck out of their service department on a roll off because it wasn't even drivable anymore! The service manager doesn't return phone calls, even when he says he will do so. When I tried to call and get an update on the progress, no one answered the phone, and I had to leave a message. Very frustrating experience as a customer.

Great service department

Williams had by KIA for repair after I hit a dear. They needed to order extra parts which meant a slight delay, but when I called to tell them to tell them when I needed the car back, they made it happen. The service people are always informative and respectful and the work was excellent.

They really pressure you when your on the fence, even

They really pressure you when your on the fence, even when there is a engine light on, and tried saying all it needs is a oil change and “ oh man someone else is interested, you better get it” a $12,000 truck, would not recommend, bad vibes all around
