Great Salesman and Customer Service
The one thing that stands out more than anything is that John was more than happy to talk to me and return my calls so promptly. He was very helpful and did not try to pressure us in any way and that is very important to us. Matt was also a great person to deal with. He explained everything to us completely. If he had something to offer and we said no, he left it at that and didn't try to push us into anything we weren't comfortable with. We appreciate all that both that thesr guys did to make our purchase easy.

Nice location
The technician seems very thorough when working in my truck. While he looked at more than was needed, he also found things that could have caused a problem in the future.

Service work and customer service is horiable
Bought a used 2015 F-150 and had door issue before we left the lot. They said they took care of it and the door would not latch. Got it home, and again the door would not latch closed. Took it back again and again the said it was addressed and after 1 day, again the door would not latched closed. this time my wife almost fell out of the truck. Called the salesmen and told them we were taking it to a local Ford dealer in Cheboygan and wanted them to call me in the morning - they never did. The dealer in Cheboygan informed us the other dealer never completed the safety recall on the door and installed the cable on the door incorrectly. The dealing in Cheboygan - Fernelius Ford did a great job and took care of the issue. Would not ever go back to Fox Ford.

Upon review, I have confirmed that we completed Ford's door latch recall well prior to the date of sale (labor OP17S33C) during our safety inspection back on 2/14/2018. I would be happy to provide you with documentation from Ford Motor Company to support this claim upon request. This information does not change the fact that our technician had apparently kinked the cable during his attempt to repair the latch at time of sale. So did the vehicle even go through your 126 point inspection? You mentioned you thought it may have missed since the oil was never changed and the door issue was discovered even before we signed the paper work? Unfortunately several of your folks failed to meet this customer's expectations and you have work to do not only in your sales department, but defiantly in your service department. I would also would have expected a return call from the dealership since my wife almost fell out of the truck since the door latched failed and was not repaired after two attempts of you service folks. Luckily we found a dealer that knows what they are doing and we can trust.
