Nice waiting room with snacks, reading material and TV. This is rewired since I was from out of town and waited 5 hours.

Service department is just a nice welcoming place, even if you need to wait and they seem to know your name.

While service was being conducted I started browsing the showroom and decided to purchase a new Escape. Don’t you just love me!?
