Eau Claire Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I live in Hayward and am partially diabled so asked my grandson who lives in Eau Claire to check out a vehicle that I saw online. He checked it out with Devon and they both felt it wasn't right for me. They tried another used vehicle and my grandson thought it would work well for me. We worked it out to purchase and Devon and another rep brought the car up to me in Hayward. So far I am very happy with the service provided and that they took the time to help me.

Of course the vans sliding passenger worked when I brought it in for service, but Scott was patient and we finally figured out the problem. Scott explained what needed to be done, warranty information (which I did not know), & offered a shuttle service. Scott has a great personality (almost did not mind paying for the service😂🫣)

Took my challenger in with check engine and traction control light on. Drove off the lot 10 min later the same lights came back on I wasn’t able to use my turn signals or windshield wipers. Very disappointed with the turn out will not be going there again.
