Nate provided “Excellent” service and follow up. We’re very happy with the results after work had been done on our van. There were two visits we made for different work needed. All is working well. Samantha was very pleasant on the phone.
Samantha was very pleasant on the phone. Nate acknowledged me as soon as I got out of my car. Answered all my questions. Brian kept me up to date through the whole process. Very good customer service by all. Oh and the text video of the underneath and under the hood was a nice touch. :)

Kenzie and Samantha are GREAT.
Kenzie and Samantha are GREAT. We bring all three of our vehicles here and they take wonderful care of us. My truck needed an oil change and it turned out back brakes and I was about to leave on a trip - they got me in the next morning and had it all taken care of in time for me to leave. Great team.

I bought my jeep at this dealership back in 2017 and have taken my car there for every single bit of maintenance since. I recently suggested to take my fiancé’s car here when his tire burst. Not only were we first quoted $600 FOR ONE TIRE. While leaving a man at the front told me jk, we can do it for $300. I said ok sounds good, they promised it would be ordered and done right away the next day. Then the next day I heard absolutely nothing from them at all, I called around 12 asking what was going on. Nobody answered, I was told to leave a message and they would call back. I didn’t get a call until right before close. From a new person asking about how many tires I needed and stating that nobody ever ordered the tire for me. I was as understanding as possible during this however, I’m a hair stylist with my own salon who had to cancel $1,000 worth of income because I had no car and was supposed to be able to pick up our car whenever it was done. Then that same woman promised it would be done right away the next morning. I said perfect, thank you so much. I pushed back my clients but I said I need to leave my house at 10:00 at the absolute latest. She said. No worries. The next morning came, around 9:50 I called because again I had no information, she apologized and said my car would be there at 10:15 at the absolute latest. I said ok, moved my client back AGAIN to 10:30. Then 10:10 came, nothing. 10.15 came, nothing. Then I tried calling again to say I needed to uber because I could not be late to this client and NOBODY ANSWERED. My uber picked me up at 10:26 and my car was still not there. I get to the salon, and I’m in a rush to start my first client when all of a sudden I get a call around 11 am from you guys. With another woman stating. “Where are you, I’ve had men at your house for 10 minutes knocking and knocking and nobody is answering”…. huh??? I do not know how much better I could have communicated that I needed to be gone at a certain time. Please do not promise something that can’t be done. A simple tire exchange ended up taking 4 days, 4 different associates, and a lot of missed work and A LOT of horrible communication. I can’t say I ever want to return.

We bought a white GMC Sierra Elevation a few weeks ago,
We bought a white GMC Sierra Elevation a few weeks ago, and within the first 2 hours, the check engine light came on. It turned into a huge hassle trying to get help. At first, the dealership only wanted to cover part of the repair, but when a GM dealer looked at it, the issue was much more serious, a module had to be replaced. The manager, Andrew, was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout the process. Aaron, our salesman, was the only pleasant part of this experience, he was kind and respectful. In the end, the truck was fixed, but the entire process was frustrating and unnecessary. It really seemed like the dealership was trying to save a dollar rather than take care of their customer. Given how quickly the check engine light came on (and the fact that the code had been stored even when the light wasn’t on), I can’t help but wonder if they already knew about it. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Lied about my tire rod screwed up my alignment had to get
Lied about my tire rod screwed up my alignment had to get it fixed somewhere else after my oil change and rotation they didn’t notice anything wrong in my multi point inspection then when I took my car in to have my alignment looked at they told me it was my tire rod was lose (not the case) they then found a leak in my radiator (of course) and somehow messed with my auto stop start plus side I always turn it off anyways
